Royal Suite Hotel Bangkok

It was spaceous, had everything I needed to be self sufficient. Front desk staff.very friendly. Security on the door very accommodating. Even leaving the premises and walkilng out to the main road. The boom was raised for me and the guard Saluted me.

I guess the only thing I could say is that its a bit far from downtown areas I wanted to revisit. This other thing could be a bonus or a dissadvantage depending on the person. But it is in more of a local area. Consequentally no one speaks English. So take your translator. I am refering to outside the hotel. Front office staff have a good grasp of English. Unfortunately I left a shaving strop in my room. A leather strap for sharpening a straight razor. I called the hotel and they said they had it. So it was sent by courier to the hotel I had moved to. I paid for the courier and when I got the package. It was two plastic disposable razors. Very dissapointed about that. I did not even have a disposable razor in my room. Why would I ask for that to be sent to me?

so spacey and the jacuzzi is a plus but didn’t really function right

no plates and utensils which you will expect since there’s a kitchenette

Spacious room, very clean , super kind and helpful staff, very FAST WIFI, comfortable

Kitchen doesn't have much utensils however the staff gave to us whatever we needed No much to do in the area but taxis to go anywhere are affordable

Really nice and helpful staff, free laundry service (given you have your own detergent) and the room was great!

Nothing major. The kitchen didn't have pots, pans, cutlerly etc so we couldn't really use the kitchen.

Very spacious modern room with a fantastic view over Bangkok. We had a very nice stay here over New Year. 10min walk to the airport rail link. 5 mins to the river boat. Short tuk tuk ride to Sukhumvit (depending on time of day). Ideal place for anyone familiar with Bangkok. We would stay again.

Gym and pool area was a little dated. Could do with some TLC. Minor issue though

The room was more like an apartment! Nothing to complain with the room. The breakfast was good too.

Going into Bangkok the hotel could get a driver within 2 min. But we had several drivers that didn’t know where the area of the hotel was, they don’t use gps/ google maps so we got lost several times.. Just for this reason I would not stay here again. Also depending on traffic it took between 25min - 1 hour into Bangkok.

Very good size of the room, comfy bed and amazing roof pool. The staff was exceptional, the ladies in reception very helpful with all my questions and the portier called Ex went beyond and above to make sure we're happy - he carried our luggage, gave us lots of information and drove us to the train station, super friendly and polite, we're definitely be coming back to this hotel when in Bangkok again!

The bathroom a bit dated

Very spacious and clean room Nice facilities such as swimming pool, gym There was a laundry machine in the room so very convenient. Good value for money

A bit old exterior Room was clean but a bit smelly so we had to buy a air freshener

Stayed at this facility for 10 yrs 1999-2009, in a serviced apartment. a Skytrain Connection is only 3 mins away. The view from the balcony is always pleasant, open and no close high buildings near. I have continued to return to Royal Suite to this day. The staff are helpful, and always happy to help you. Highly recommend, Greg

The restaurant could be better.

Very large space, nicely designed, living area, work space, small balcony. good place to stay a few days. Bathroom especially good - huge long bathtub with jacuzzi / spa action! Staff were very helpful when I needed to colour print a lot of docs for Cambodia visa (hotel is a few minutes drive from Cambodian embassy).

No microwave and no washing machine, electric hob disconnected and no crockery or pots and pans, just two cups/saucers spoons. Only Thai restaurants nearby, and 7/11 stores - but without microwave fast food not useable. Longish drive to Sukhumvit area (depending on traffic)
