Everything about this hotel is perfect for us! The service is excellent! The upgrade option offered to us was very reasonable as we arrived early in the morning, they didn't have the original room that we booked ready that day. The decor of the hotel is so pretty. The room is big enough, love even the simplest thing such as it's equiped enough power points all around the room. The location is great! There is a shuttle service every half hour to the nearby Emporium Mall where Phrom Phong station is located (5 stations away from Siam station). There is a nearby massage and spa that the hotel recomaned called Yonomori Onsen and Spa just 6mins walk from this hotel that gives the best quality Thai Massage that I ever had. I will definitely come back again!

Large room, beautiful bathroom and nice pool. Bed is comfortable. Very nice shower.

The hair dryer was missing, there wasn't any welcome drinks/items upon arrival, bathroom floor gets slippery easily and dangerous. There wasn't anywhere to hang towel/clothes in the bathroom. There was no microwave or fridge space.. The free tuk tuk isn't flexible on drop off location, only BTS stop, but not the nearby MRT station. Drinking water provided wasn't enough, and no one from the 24 hr support ever answered my phone calls when tried calling from the room, I had to go to the lobby to get help. Overall, I feel the services weren't good or flexible enough, services didn't feel a like 5 stars.

The brand new hotel added to our experience for Bangkok during the most busiest time of the year, since we were travelling all night long, the team gave us early check in, gave us a comfortable room and a great care along with local recommendation. Front desk was very polite and helpful like hailing meter cab rides, etc.

The bathroom was big and spacious but the finishing was not proper, not 5 star type. Like when you sit in the tub, you see open wires, rods etc' which wasnt exactly pretty to look at

We stayed at this hotel on two occasions over the 10 days we were in Thailand - the first room we stayed in was slightly smaller. There was something for everyone at breakfast but slightly disappointed that we were not pointed out that we could order fresh cooked eggs such as omelettes...the location was suitable for where we wanted to visit.

the only thing I did not like about this hotel there are two buildings to the hotel and this does not state anywhere when we books - the main building is where all the facilities are (which we stayed on our first occasion ), also its where cabs drop off and pick up etc and the other building is on the opposite site of the road above a club which you could hear a thumping sound (which we stayed on our second visit) and if you want to use the pool you literally have to go across the road in your robes or get dressed there.

The room was absolutely amazing, nicely decorated, clean, great view!!! The staff was also super helpful and friendly. They gave us a free room upgrade, which we didn’t expect, so it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast had a lot of different food to choose from, and we’ve enjoyed the free truffles’ hour everyday. There was also a complimentary tuk tuk service (every 15min) to the Emporium shopping center and back! Highly recommend, would definitely come back again!!!

Nothing, everything was perfect

The hotel is very modern as I hear this hotel is a newly renovated, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room (grand executive tower 2) was very spacious and had all the facilities we needed, the bed was comfortable and there was free water that was replaced daily. Me and my girlfriend stayed here 8 nights it was a pleasure. Id recommend staying in Tower 2 as this is the main hotel and additionally including breakfast into your room price is totally worth it as the selection is huge , with dishes from all over the world (Salad, Stir fry, Full English, Pastries and deserts, traditional Thai). The hotel is located in Sukhumvit and it is about a 15 min walk to Queen Sirikit station (Blue line) or 20mins Phrom Phong station (green line). Thanks Valia , we hope to be back soon!

The deco is really amazing!! New hotel and very nice staff.

The water heater in the shower has an issue. Reported it but still water was not HOT only 'warm' hence was cold to shower in. Been showering in cold water for entire stay.

Really nice hotel and stuff , one of the staff in particular Woody was very helpful to help me move to higher level room as the view from. Lower level was blocked by car park, pool is nice also .

The room is spacious and clean. The private lounge area in the room was unique and we love it.

There is no view and location is not easy to access. Hotel not fully open as pool is located in another building that is still undergoing renovations

I like the breakfast was vary good and you can find different Arabic dishes all the stuff was good to serve the breakfast specially Mild Golf The location was good and far from Arabic street (nana) In reception was everything good and Samer was very helpful.
