Room size, views, links to mall and food halls. Connects to bts and park both easy walks. This hotel is brilliantly located for families with children.

Breakfast was not 5 star standard. The food offered was not luxury, condiments, pastries etc were more of a 3 or 4 star hotel. Quite a small buffet area too. Atmosphere at breakfast seemed formal, quiet, no background music etc.

great location, great price and wonderful staff

Check-in was very quick and seamless, within 5 minutes were were in our room. The staff also brought our luggages up very quickly. As we came from another holiday location, the washing machine was very useful for us to refresh our soiled clothes. The kitchen included induction cooking stove, pans/pots, plates, microwave, a huge fridge which brought a lot of convenient to my family with 2 young boys. The corridor has essential oil diffuser lit, and the room also has a nice frangrance. I love the location was it was near to Phrom Phong BTS, so it as really convenient by bus/tuktuk/taxi/BTS. Next to the hotel was a park, and the morning run at the park was great! There are many streetside food carts in the early morning, and cafes around, so we never worry about food and drinks:)

Unbeatable location. Right next to Emporium mall and across the street from Emquartier. Staff are very friendly and responsive to different requests. 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable. High floor (39) had an amazing view

Not much I didn't like. Small things to improve like the water pressure could be better. Buffet breakfast was good but would have preferred more halal options, too many pork items.

Excellent location in Bangkok with all amenities very close by. The staff in Reception was very nice and welcoming, always happy to help you whenever I required assistance. The suites are quiet, quite large and offer all that you may need during your stay (plates, bottle opener, etc...). My bed was particularly comfortable. Room Service is available 24h/7 with a menu with enough options to cater most tastes. The food quality is rather good (my preferences going for the pork chop and the burger). Special regards to the cleaning personnel always available, keeping the room clean with all the necessary supplies in place.

The best mocha coffee in the vicinities is served at the bar downstairs but only opens at 11:00 every day. It would be nice to have the bar open earlier in the morning. For serving coffee that is! :-)

1. Waiting time for the elevator. 2. August 28th; had DND sign on. Received a call to open the door for a maintenance person to check the the fire sprinkler. Was not too happy about it, but I let them in anyway🙄 I suggest, to have the staff trained on how speak to the guest on the phone, on a special request when the guest has a DND sign on. (They could ask if we have any plan to leave the room so the maintenance person can come). 3. No information with regards utensils in the kitchen (had to call and asked), a little note or a verbal information upon checking in would be nice.

The location was fantastic, fully sheltered to the bts and integrated with malls. The receptionist & front desk staff were also amazing, efficient, friendly, and professional. The one-bedroom suite was fantastic for us since we had a young child and needed the space. The suite came with a big clean, well-equipped kitchenette, well-stocked fridge, and washing machine. The sofas were amazingly huge and comfy. The view was amazing too. We requested a kid's stool for our kid to reach the toilet sink, and the staff very promptly brought it to us.

The breakfast selection was limited and a few dishes were too hard and plasticky to be edible, seemed to have been recooked from the previous day's leftovers. The toilet floor had strange sticky areas, could probably do with some mopping. The room given to us was also hard to put our kid to sleep as we could hear loud clubbing music every night from the clubs below even though we were staying on the 35th floor. Will probably request a suite with a different facing next time.

The property was amazing. We had booked the 2 bedroom suite as we were traveling with 4 adults and 2 kids. Upon our arrival our room was upgraded to the bigger 2 bedroom unit and it was simply fantastic. Very clean, free mini bar, welcome basket of fruit all topped off with a big friendly smile from the staff. We knew right from the start our stay was going to be great. We also took advantage of the complimentary late check out the next day ( 6 PM ) this gave us the chance to really enjoy our stay with no rush to check out. Breakfast was also superb with a wide variety of choices. This will now be our go to place in Bangkok.

Everything was absolutely great, we have only good feed back from thiis trip.

They really helped us out with a nanny for my newborn which was very appreciated. We always stay here whenever we are in BKK because the location, the value for money and the convenience is unparalleled. The pool and the kids pool are both wonderful perks and also the park next door as well for walks, runs, strolls and for the kids to go and play in

One of our 2 rooms, although booked 2 weeks in advance took a long time to get ready. And that room was for my mother and mother-in-law both almost 70 years old. After a long car journey from Hua Hin they were really tired and it took about an hour plus to get their room

Spacious 2-bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms which make it convenient for my family of 5. Great view of the city at the balconies. The washer/dryer and sturdy clothes rack allowed us to refresh our soiled clothes. The 2 nearby shopping malls (Emporium and Emquartier) have a great variety of restaurants/cafes for meals. Very enjoyable and comfortable stay!

Nothing. Some people complained about the long wait for lifts but we found it acceptable. It's a trade off for being on the higher floors with great views!
