Sleep Inn & Suites

The only problem with location is there is direct left turn out of hotel area. You have to turn right, cross three lanes to get into a turn lane and then make a u-turn to go left. And television channels...choices yes but getting them was a different story. I finally found one channel, not my favorite one, that I would watch. Wasn't happy with the television and channel selections at all. Didn't eat breakfast. Had my own food so I used the refrigerator and microwave...one of my reasons for staying here. The hotel has been redone since the last time I stayed and it looks good. Color scheme is beautiful. Bed was extremely comfortable. And the bathroom vanity with a good supply of towels was a nice addition too. For hotel to have had quite a few people staying it was quiet. No disturbances! If I ever travel back to Decatur, Al, I will stay here.

The television lineup given didn't match television channels at all. Couldn't find some of my favorites that normally are on hotel selections(Hallmark for one). Many selections are available but just not ones I prefer. But I made do.

The breakfast was wonderful! The room was clean and neat. All staff members we came in contact with were very pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our brief stay!

I was in a handicap accessible room. The only complaint I have is about the shower. The shower curtain didn't keep water from going all over the floor outside the shower.

Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. I'm a trucker so I just needed to get off of this truck for a night and be in a big comfy bed and this place delivered. A plus That there is a space put front big enough to accommodate truck drivers that are pulling a trailer (maybe 3 or 4 on each side if parked right) . Clerk was polite and the site was clean from top to bottom. I'd recommend this place and I'd stay here again if I was ever in the area again. Everything that is typically in a hotel room was there and they serve hot breakfast in the morning.

Everything about our stay was great, and it was so nice and clean and comfy. Also, Josh at the front desk was absolutely great. He helped with any questions we had, and he was also a mystery.. We wanted to learn more about him but he will forever be an enigma to us. Also his boots were pretty cool.

Breakfast was very good although I don't eat sausage. Selection of menu was very good as all the bases were covered except for lack of bacon.

Room still had a light damp smell but was covered over by scented spray. Typical of other hotels we have stayed at since Covid19 outbreak.

the bathtub feels like it wasn’t built properly or feels cheap. squeaks every time you move. also, i said Good morning to the worker as we were stepping into the elevator together and he just stood there like he didn’t hear anything but maybe he was having a bad morning

Loved the service personnel at the desk and also cleaning personnel were very friendly! Beds were SUPER comfy!

People working breakfast seemed annoyed and not very happy to be there. Pretty sure they were just having a bad day. Even after a smile and hello they were very curt and annoyed, one lady in particular.

plenty of parking spots. the pillows were super soft beds were firm which I liked. no problem with noises from other guests. water in showers was softened very well. The cleaning ladies were very nice and towels were fresh in the morning. we left a tip on the bed.

The hotel was up to date and smelled good inside. The room was very clean and beds were comfy. The breakfast was decent not alot of options but good. Location is good close to everything.

The TV was kinda small but it served its purpose the remote was hard to work though.
