Hampton Inn Huntsville-Madison

We checked in late due to unforeseen circumstances. It was my birthday and I was running behind. I think there were some graduations going on in the area so, the lobby and eating area were full of beautiful excited people, yet they were respectful of the other guests. The attendant was awesome! He accomodated us without hesitation. We came back from my party around 4-5 and slept like babies lol. The beds and pillows were soft. Air conditioning worked very well also. Overall the room was clean. I will always choose this Hampton Inn over any other location when we come to Huntsville for a night out.

I have no complaints. Everything about this stay was perfect!

The staff was amazing and the hot breakfast was really good. I liked that I was able to book a room that accommodated my large family. The suite was roomy enough for all of us and my son said the pull out sofa was comfortable.

The pool was closed for repairs during our stay. It was unfortunate but understandable.

Really good breakfast, and sitting area. Facilities felt secure.

The hot water took a very long time to get to the faucet first thing in the morning. Had to run the bathtub water on full hot for several minutes. (Room 204) After it got there, it stayed hot for as long as we needed it, however, the pressure from the shower head was excessive and not adjustable. FYI - the water spigot on the wall, outside the east door was leaking water onto the landscape rocks the full time we were at your location (16 hours)

Breakfast was ok . The staff who assisted the breakfast was the best staff member they have working there .. cannot remember her name but she had dark hair with maybe some sort of accent. The most friendliest staff at that hotel. Served us when we got down there too late. She still accommodated us .. did not turn us away. They let us also check out late … which was beyond there rules . I was so thankful to them.

Location and everything in the right place. Right down road from family house. Stores are close by don't have to drive a long distance. The hotel and the rooms was very very clean. Breakfast was very good.

Toilet is a little to low. That's the problem .

Room was huge and fit a family of 6! We had a queen suit. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was not like a hotel breakfast, there was omelettes, potatoes, sausage, home made baked goods and so much more.

We didn't have cold water (from the sink in our room) for some reason.

Clean and the 2 queens wirh a sofa bed worked perfectly for our family of six. Andrew greeted us and got us checked in promptly after our long day of travel. He was extra helpful when we needed linens for the sofa bed.

Very clean & newer build, staff was exceptionally nice and great breakfast bar!

We were near the employee closet on 2nd floor and anytime someone was in there it was loud and a lot of banging.

The room was nice and clean. Plenty of parking.

The suite came with a pullout couch but there was no blankets or pillows in the room closet to use the sofa sleeper. The front desk was all out of blankets so we slept with no blankets! Also, breakfast is over at 9 am. I wish the front desk would have reminded us at check in since it’s earlier then traditional hotel breakfast which is 10-10:30

The room was great. We stayed in a king suite. It was huge and very comfortable. We were traveling for the first time with an infant, and this room was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. There was a huge selection and something for every one.
