We did not receive a breakfast...did not know it was available. We love everything about the condo and the resort. We would have liked a flyer, pamphlet or info on nearby restaurants. We got there and had no idea where to go to eat. That was frustrating. Everything else was PERFECT.
A list of places to go eat. When you are from out of town and do not know where to go or which direction to go to eat...it is frustrating. Evidently, there were wrist bands available for purchases for different things at the resort. We were not told about them and still don't know what they gave access to.

Beach and Pool view was exceptionable. The condo room layout was a plus. The Condo is a work in progress thats going to be awesome.
The Level of professional room cleaning was very poor. The room had an unpleasant smell. Elevators level announcements was very loud and dirty and the condo room doors needs painting.

The condo was great. The chicken Caesar wraps by the pool were perfect for lunch. The restaurant up front was ok, the food trucks were ok.
The hot tubs were closed, and no one told us before we booked. We would have stayed somewhere else if we knew there were no hot tubs. When we checked into our room the carpet was SOAKING WET. They must have cleaned it but It took 2 days to dry with all the fans going. We couldn’t even set our bags on the floor. Very annoying. The restaurant up front has really bad service. We waited for almost an hour just to get our check the last night night.

I loved how the beach and pool were so easily accessible. The view was also beautiful.
The unit was a bit dated and one of the shower heads made it impossible to take a shower in that bathroom. The couch/chair in the living area felt weird/damp? from the humidity. Would rather have leather, etc.

That there was multiple pools available, easy beach access, and virgin frozen drinks for the kids!
Very uncomfortable when entering the actual clubhouse. Was not treated as if we were staying there. No information about where things were located.

The location of the condo was excellent for unpacking the car and access to the beach was a short walk.
Just need blankets for the bed. There are times when you get cold at night after getting a sunburn. Also, backdoor would not unlock to the patio.

The beds didnt have blankets. There were no blankets in the condo. It was very cool at night without a blanket. We used our beach towels to cover us.

The location, price and space was amazing.
The beds were all hard and uncomfortable. Even my small kids complained about the comfort of their beds. My hubs had to sleep on the couch because it was the most comfortable for him.

All the amenities and the staff was fabulous
My room was not clean it was very dirty. I complained and requested a manager contact me but I haven’t heard from anyone. The house keeper needs to be fired or retrained!
