SpringHill Suites by Marriott Huntsville Downtown

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was great when it came to checking in and checking out. They also answered any questions I had. It was easy to get to. I was able to check in early. The gentleman at the desk told me that they were ready for us to check in early due to the state wrestling tournament. Check in was very easy. The hotel was secure because you had to use the room key to get in and out of doors except for the front entrance.

We almost ran out of toilet paper. I didn't realize we had to go downstairs to get more towels when we used the ones we had. No one came in to clean the room until we left.

my brother took all the creams from the coffee station and the staff yelled at him. he deserved it.

The location was excellent. 10 minute walk from the Von Braun Center. The room was spacious. Separate toilet and shower areas was a plus. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was very good for a free continental breakfast. The price was a little cheaper than some of the nearby hotels. Fridge and microwave also. Closet was nice and large.

Sofa not as clean as the rest of the room. Not dirty per se but I guess dinghy. Air didn’t get as cool as my wife wanted it but that could have been the size of the room. Drains were slow. Nit picking I guess.

Location, staff, beds, cleanliness

Wish they let you know of extra charge at check in for incidentals.. the price is still pending for way more than price promised on booking. I hope all that extra money drops off, we barely used the room or got it dirty. Beware of this charge and be prepared.

Location was great...located close to downtown...Had major highways close by that are easy to access. Complimentary breakfast was good along with a nice, comfortable setting for eating. Clean and very up to date. Rooms had plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay!

Parking was a little confusing as most was behind the facility but not enough to render any negative toward the property.

Breakfast was great and the staff was amazing. I felt very at home with how warm and welcoming everyone was.

The room was a little smaller than I would have liked. I would've liked the bathroom and shower to have been in the same room. I would've liked the pool to have been bigger. It was a very busy hotel, lots of guests, and I stayed away from the pool a couple times when I wanted to go because it was just too crowded... but I guess that's a good problem to have.

The staff was amazing. Nightstand and Breakdast helper were exceptionally amazing

The rooms need more detailed cleaning and all linens should be washed prior to a new guest checking in. We found blood stains & bodily looking fluid substances and had to be moved upon checking in

Location to conference venue and very accommodating staff for the number of women they had to contend with!

Rooms were a little outdated and in need of repair /remodeling but realized the property is in a low socioeconomic State(Alabama). The most important thing was that it was clean.

The room was nice . And I like the shower was separated from the toilet so that was cool

I didn't like the fact that I booked the room online for 827$ cause I reserved 2 rooms but the staff charged me 920$ once I got there .so I don't if was a holding fee but yeah I didn't not like that .

The layout of the room was good. It was nice having a couch with a trundle bed instead of a rollaway or crummy pull out couch. Having a separate toilet area from the shower, made it easier for everyone to get ready.

The bathtub had some mold in it. Mirrors in toilet area are not helpful in getting ready.
