Sleep Inn & Suites Huntsville near U.S. Space & Rocket Center

I can only speak about my own room but it was exceptionally clean and the bed was firm with a soft top layer. Check in was easy and the employee working the front desk was very professional and nice to deal with. I also enjoyed their breakfast selection and was glad I did not have to leave to find a hot breakfast meal. I watched another employee working that section the morning of my visit and he was constantly cleaning the area that needed tending to as guests arrived. It was another example of the cleanliness provided to their guests.

I did not have any complaints and would stay there again.

This place is a great place to stay and easy on the wallet. While we stayed there the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast was good and the breakfast person Kevin hustled to keep up with the morning crowd. Our stay was great from the start with Cruz affording us some special accommodations that we greatly appreciated. This place gets full so book your stay early. Clean rooms, good breakfast and centrally located. We Recommend this place.

Could use some sanitary wipes for in the gym but it is a nice gym.

breakfast items were good. yogurt, fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage gravy, buscuits and bagels, breads and assorted sweets, cereals, coffee and tea. I prefer just a plain black tea - like Lipton. There was a variety of tea but more specialty types - which most would probably appreciate.

Not a big deal but I did read where the property was recently updated and I saw a few things in our bathroom that didnt look finished. i.e. opening (hole) in the tile around the tub water faucet and the caulking from the floor to the tub area looked old and/or dirty.

The breakfast was good for a free breakfast and it was quiet in the hotel. The room was clean and it was close to everything we needed to go to in town

The floors were a bit creaky, the door has to be firmly pushed to open because it would get propped open by carpet. Soda machine on ground floor was out of order

Close to the events I was attending. Clean. Comfortable

The man at the desk was extremely rude. After being gone and making us wait, his greeting was "ID?" It went downhill from there. First impressions go a long way. Fortunately, I don't travel to Hunstville often. Needed more towels, but I didn't want to interact with the rude man again.

Everything was clean and neat. The staff was extremely friendly when we checked in, and the next day when we asked for extra towels. We actually had to cancel our last night because our childcare got sick. They kindly refunded our last night without any fuss at all. The breakfast was good. Not great, but good.

I wish the breakfast had a little more to offer in the way of low carb- hard boiled eggs, some protein of any kind, really. There was a good variety of carbs- bagels, muffins, waffle maker, fruit- but nothing for someone with blood sugar problems.

We got in late but the staff was just as warm and welcoming as an afternoon check in! Kind, engaging, and just what we needed after an 11 hour drive. The room was perfectly clean, very comfortable, and reminded me of a pricier hotel. First time staying in a Sleep Inn (had never seen them before!) But won't be my last, thanks to this stay.

Our room was right next to the elevator which made for a bit of an earlier wakeup but it's on me for not asking for that!

I was in town for a basketball game and was met with a very friendly gentleman at the desk. He gave me directions to Alabama A&M and was very helpful, friendly and funny. He took away any worries I had. The hotel was quiet and the location was great. Nice comfortable room also. I will stay here again!

If there was anything that could have been better, I would have liked for the breakfast to last until 11 am. I came in late from the college basketball game and slept late but that was not a big issue for me.

The location was great we were there for an event at the Von Braun center and it was very close. The hotel was so clean and cozy the staff was super friendly! The breakfast was amazing and fresh, they have the normal offering of making your waffles, several pastry options, and coffee and juices and milk. Check-in and Check-out were super easy. I was traveling with my daughter and we felt very safe at the hotel.

I can't think of anything that would have made it any better than it was.

The front desk attendant (tall, medium complexion with glasses) was SUPER helpful in checking me in early as my flight from NYC arrived in the morning. Totally appreciate his effort! Close to where I needed to be. I was also able to walk to small mall nearby for some necessities. The room was clean. Bed was ok, the pillows were amazingly comfy. Breakfast was good (coffee, tea, juice, pastries, yogurt, bagels, waffles). I was on the 2nd floor. The 😒people upstairs 🙄 seemed to own concrete shoes, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Will definitely stay again in the future.
