Hyatt Place Huntsville

The staff is amazing, everyone was very helpful, we had a small issue in our room it was taken care of quickly, we received a hand written note apologizing for the situation. The staff makes your stay they get 5 stars from us and we will use this hotel everytime we come to Huntsville!! 💫

Nothing every expectation was met or exceeded!

The layout, lighting, and location! Tate express mindfulness, by  offering me access to a pile of plasticware. He politely responded to my inquiry of what pronoun he prefers to be addressed, as, which is he.

I am not presentable with strangers. I prefer the person at the check to welcome me to the hotel, versus asking how I am doing, and asserting and joy your stay; unfortunately arrived at 3 o’clock in the morning; I am I am not the most cheerful. Also, I cannot figure out how to adjust the temperature in my room; the AC continued to lower the temperature later during the night.

Convenient and easy to find. New/updated facilities.

We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa. Had to go to the front desk for bedding for the pullout sofa. And there were only 3 bath towels in a room that could sleep 5-6 people. We had 2 adults and 3 kids. By the time we realized there weren’t enough towels it was late and we were only there 1 night. We had to reuse each others towels. Also 2 kids had to use the same rag to bathe which wasn’t a huge deal. Just think there should be enough towels/rags for at least how many people the room can sleep.

The staff were welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and we loved that we were able to stream our favorite Netflix and Hulu shows right from our TV in our room. Breakfast in the morning was very delicious offering a lot of options as well as hot fresh made items. We will definitely be back! 2 particuay helpful staff were Jennifer and Marti. They were both friendly and offered assistance with anything we needed during our stay.

The only thing we would have liked to have was a hot tub where we could soak. These muscles and bones sure aren't getting any younger. Other than that the stay was amazing.

Loved how hot the water could get. Great location, very close to a great shopping area but also close to stores like Walmart and Target. Tons of great places to eat nearby that were within walking distance. Gym area had limited equipment, but wasn't busy so it wasn't a problem, would only be an issue if 3 people wanted to all use the treadmill.

Room seemed smaller than it was in pictures, but it was still comfortable.

very clean, hot food, taste- excellent , picture worthy and they change the menu daily for breakfast.

small hole for trash disposal in dining area. Need the size hole by coffee pots in breakfast seating area. we weren't acknowledged; when we came in to register. they're checking someone else in and there were two people and still answering phone for several minutes. a man and women receptionists, maybe a shift change around 3pm. but one person was free.

I loved the professional customer service from Ms. Marty. My keys were dropped down the elevator shaft and she was more than helpful in making sure I got them back. She was very kind, concerned and just exceptional when it came to making sure I was taken care of. While I waited, I watched how she was very patient, polite and professional when some of the guests were very impatient and rude! She was a front desk attendant, bartender, cook and trainer all in one!!!It means a lot being treated with the care that she provided. Because of her, I will definitely stay there again and I hope to see her smiling face when I do!😊

Breakfast was great (especially on the weekend). Nice to have a room with 2 queens, plus a little extra relaxing space (pull-out couch area). Fitness center was well-equipped. Check-in was smooth.

Kids were sad that waffles weren't offered one of the days. I didn't like the see-through/mist door from bathroom to main sleeping space--one that closed fully/made it dark would have been nice.

Loved that we were in walking distance to the shopping and restaurants and the movie theater that we went to. Really great atmosphere around the area. Loved it was very clean and quiet and that the A/C worked great! Liked the design of the room a lot and the updated features.

Only things I didn’t like were small. Didn’t like the pillows, they were too firm and not comfortable. Didn’t care for the shower head with the holes draining out.

The location of the hotel was excellent and convenient to all the eateries and shopping. That was a plus. Room was large and clean.

The breakfast was alright and could have been better. They said breakfast was over at 9 and upon getting there around 830,we saw they were cleaning up and putting food away. So that was confusing. We did inform the manager and she quickly took care of that and had them put more food out for the guest. It would be nice if you had a waffle maker and variety of cereals. Also, milk choice was limited.
