One night the staff was rude. We had gave our dirty towels to the house keeper that was outside the room. The ladies in the front that night got rude with us. She said the housekeeper should have gave us towels but the housekeeper told us we had to go to the front to get them. She didn't want to give us towels because we had already gave them to the housekeeper.

The entire stay was exactly what i needed. The staff WANTED to help and actually went above and beyond to help with what i needed. The room was cold, just how i wanted it.. Great AC in the hot Alabama heat. The Room was clean.. Very clean. When i asked for more towels... I got more than enough. Instead of just one.

Breakfast still touted on outdoor sign, but it was not offered, perhaps due to Covid-19. Julia's Restaurant literally next store served a passable cafeteria style breakfast buffet at reasonable price. Room was clean, relatively quiet and thankfully on ground floor. Everything I used in room worked well including lights, AC, television, sink, shower and toilet. There were minor issues with finish: a gap in flooring at bathroom entrance and missing plastic seal over toilet seat bolt.
It would be nice to remove "Free Breakfast" from advertising sign until that service is actually offered again. Worn, dusty outside appearance of property did not match room interior. Once inside, I could have been in a $125 a night room.

housekeeper came to fix next morning after I saw her outside cleaning around checkout..she was very nice and upset about it...said she knew nothing about it apologized for the inconvenience.

I loved that there was no carpet, but a vinyl floor. There was no stale hotel odor at all. Fresh air!
There were a few noisy guests outside our room around midnight, smoking I guess, but this was not the fault of the motel.

2nd stay here where we noticed the floors are dirty. If if you walk across the floors barefoot your feet are covered in dirt.
