Pet friendly room near the campus was key. Despite booking through booking.com, the staff was totally cool with just adding the charge since we changed plans at the last minute to include our pet.
I hate to complain, but the elevator is having issues. On two occasions, the door failed to close the first time. It worked, but I will admit that it made me a little nervous. Also, the shower in room 304 was less than hot (my shower at 1030 was actually close to cold).

Breakfast, cleanliness of facility.
Wall outlet with TV plugged into it was crushed and outlet broken by ottomon rolled under table top and crushing outlet box. TV inop. Potential fire hazard. Second room had bent plug but outlet not broken. Pointed out to staff to change ottomon storage to other end of table or risk burning the entire hotel.

Ran out of food - eggs -bagels -At around the 9am hour - Tables were a bit dirty after someone would eat at the table - no body actually cleaned them

Not happy with breakfast. Fruit Flys around and in juice section. No bananas. French vanilla creamer was spoiled. She did change out to new bottle.

This was a fantastic stay!! They hit all the marks!! Fabulous front desk staff, easy check in, clean and felt very safe, I was alone for the night. Great location too!

Room near the pool worked because we arrived when the pool closed and left before it opened, otherwise, this would be a problem. Strong pool smell in room.

Air conditioner cut on and off too much and too loud. Will bring ear plugs next time. Wish there had been extra pillows in closet.
