Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Ozark

I have stayed in this hotel before and loved it. Had no issues and in a great location to where I needed to go and for what I needed to do. I did not actually stay at this location this time. Room was reserved for family members since I previously had good experience. Cassandra took care of my situation and sent me a receipt of the transaction. If you reserve a room just make sure if you cancel the room, that you get a receipt of the cancellation, so there is no issue. Breakfast was very good for our party. We enjoyed items we don't normally eat at home which was a treat. When we travel we kinda break our normal rules. Coffee was so hot and the best !! Grabbed a piece of fresh fruit for the road. That was a plus. My sister would have liked to have a banana. but realize shelf life is short.

Sorry about this...... but our across the hall neighbors had to have a major discussion in the hallway at midnight. Then again another person arrived at 1am and they had to have another conversation in the hallway. Totally thru our dog for a loop. Thought about opening our door and offering to "let him go" but that was not the right thing to do. Just said a prayer they would end quickly. then all settled down for the night.

I like the cleanliness. I loved the friendly staff. Plenty of parking space. When it's warmer, kids would love the playground. I love inside stairs/ elevator.

There isn't a fridge & microwave in every room. The bleach or sanitizer makes the floor in bathroom & tub sticky. The tissue box holder was broken. Walls are thin between neighbors. Non smoking room floor hallways smelled like cigar smoke.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and it had a mini-fridge for my insulin. The included breakfast was good for cereal and a bagel.

The shower had a shower head on a bar which could be taken off for handicap bathing. The problem was the shower head could not be clamped in one spot to use as a regular shower head.

Checking in was good getting to our room was no problem the room decor was updated pool area was nice check out was no problem as well also love the fact the room was little an cute

The area was 30 mins from the city some things in the room was a bit rusty the elevator cut off why we were in it for breakfast the waffle maker was broken an still sitting out as if someone could use it the people in the breakfast area was very rude an racist like they have never seen a black family in there lives whispering an laughing but my family stayed stern an ignored it

Beds comfortable love the lighting because most hotels now the rooms are so dark and the don't have both a refrigerator and microwave love that as well

Bathroom sink was trying to stop up water don't get that hot hair was on Bathroom floor and something was all over the bathroom door handle

property was clean, friendly staff. I didn’t eat breakfast but it smell good. need to upgrade to body wash instead of soap. small soap, shampoo etc in the bathroom. towel was not clean. stain on the white face towel.

the guest was loud and u can hear everything thing if ur on 1st floor.

This place is lovely. Behind the hotel, there is a field of cattle grazing amid trees and wild flowers. On the hotel grounds, there is an outdoor pool, a great playground for the kids, a basketball court and a putting green. And there are beautiful flowers planted at the entrance. It’s definitely a rural setting. Just a shot drive away are plenty of restaurants and gas stations. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. It’s a great place and the owner obviously takes pride in his business. I highly recommend this hotel. .

There is nothing about this place I didn’t like.

The room was clean and had new carpet and vinyl flooring. I liked having a laundry area on the same floor.

One reason I chose this hotel is because they had an exercise room , but it was closed. It was used to store renovation supplies.

location. staff was very nice. It seemed like a great value and the hotel was very clean.

Walls are kind of thin. First I heard the couple next door talking and then had to endure one of them snoring most of the night. I’m bringing ear plugs next trip! lol
