Best Western Plus Scottsdale Thunderbird Suites

Breakfast was great! Better variety and quality than most places. Property itself was in fantastic condition! Grass was cut and well kept. The pool area was clean and open all hours (we really appreciated that). Pet friendly. The king suite was a big 1 bedroom that was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Ice and vending machines worked correctly. The bartender was very friendly, and drinks were a good value. Beautiful area of Scottsdale. There is plenty of shopping, dining, and stuff to see.

The breakfast service was very good. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The food was well prepared and the restaurant was kept spotless. Our suite was nice and large.

Our suite would have benefited from a mirror outside of the bathroom. Also the kitchenette had nothing other than 2 paper cups and 2 plastic cups for a stay of 6 days. No kettle, no cutlery, plates or glasses. And nothing was replenished during the stay. We had to ask for the room to be serviced, which at this point should not be the case. The TV had no specialty channels and options were limited. The pool was not heated.

Location was easy to find and convenient. Ample parking. Check-in and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom was good size, and having a kitchenette was useful. The breakfast was good with daily changes to hot options and not simply the usual continental options.

Wifi was not secure. Beds were not as large as expected. No safe. Could not leave windows open because people would smoke right outside. Pool was cold, and hot tub was not as hot as expected.

good breakfast, lovely staff at front desk and in breakfast room, nice pool area, sizeable rooms, lots of drawer space, lots of towels. Was glad to have free wifi and free parking, many good stores and restaurants within a short drive.

rooms are dated: carpets, curtains, bathtubs. would be nice to have some basic cutlery, dishes in the kitchen proximity to Scottsdale airport - noisy at times.

the convenience to walk up the street to eat and have a couple of drinks and not have to drive

the first time we stayed they had food in the bar, they do t anymore, and it would make it so nice to be able to stay there and not have to leave in the evening

Great location! Room was great, the facilities were clean and nice. Very much enjoyed it!

There was nothing at all in the kitchenette (no Plastic utensils) You can get them in the lobby though

What can I say - Breakfast was outstanding. Terrific variety of fresh made items to choose from. Staff there treated us like family. Can't say enough good things about our first meal of the day!

Small issue with our refrigerator ( someone had unplugged it which wasn't visible to us. Plugged it in and everything was fine.

Breakfast, shower/bath, bed, tv. Made it all comfy for me. I was thirsty and went downstairs for water and the worker was very kind to help me.

I’m surprised that there was no temperature control inside the room or maybe I just never saw it. But I had a harder time falling asleep because of the temp. Even though the bed was comfy

Room was comfortable,as well as beds. Breakfast area staff nice,kept everything replenished and coffee was awesome. pool area looked nice however not enough time to experience.

Bathroom on small side,our outside room door handle was hanging to a side,wasn't certain it would open or close properly,but after jiggle it worked.

we loved the stay and they have the best breakfast of any motel I have ever stayed at. the room was great with a door between the beds and the sitting room the balcony was a nice feature the pool and hot tub were so nice to have and the main reason we stayed there

nothing all was good even having the airport nearby was not a problem. we enjoyed seeing the different planes and in the room you could hardly hear the planes
