Sheraton Desert Oasis Villas, Scottsdale

The larger one bedroom villa was very spacious, and we enjoyed the kitchen facilities and washer and dryer in the room. The pool at the Sheraton Desert Oasis is lovely and there are plenty of lounges. The Splash snack bar by the pool is great. The chicken nachos were wonderful.

We were put in a wheelchair accessible room since the regular larger one bedroom villa rooms were not available. The handheld shower was not ideal. We prefer a regular rain shower type.

This was an amazing vacation in a beautiful resort with wonderful facilities. The massive salt water pool was refreshing and had a beautiful setup with huge hot tub in a grotto over which a waterfall fell into the pool. The room was beautiful and well stocked with kitchen supplies so we could easily cook. The bedroom was gorgeous with a soft plush bed and pillows. The staff was kind, bringing us more towels and coffee and upon check in greeted us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco to celebrate our anniversary.

Honestly not much! I would have loved a less expensive price per night but for what we got it was totally a fair and well assigned price. Everything was perfect.

The villa had everything we needed. The kitchenette was perfect for making light meals. We didn’t know that they had barbecues available to use or we would have bought food to barbecue. Both pools were perfect. I only wish they could enforce not saving the lounge chairs a bit more.

I wish they had a breakfast restaurant. The food at Splash was ok but a bit overpriced. the drink selection was good.

the staff was friendly and I especially liked the staff at the pool they made sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time the one male staff always made sure we were ok and he would straighten up the pool area keeping it clean and in order the only thing I was unhappy with was no explanation from Devon as to why my card was rejected in the beginning of our stay. I thought it was hacked so I kept going back and forth with my bank then my husband talked to someone else at the desk and he explained it to him

The resort was very well kept, very clean, and staff was friendly. The premises were very pretty, and the pool with waterfall was beautiful. The room was furnished with top of the line items, and especially liked that there was a clothese washer and dryer in the room. The staff was constantly working and keeping up with the cleaniness.

There isn't anything that I can think of that I didn't like.

- room was very clean. - good facilities - staff were nice, service was fast , I love the fact that I can just text them from my own mobile phone and request thing directly to staff and quick replied. - very quiet.

- so we paid 1410$ for 3 night the villa but we never expected that the villa was really really tiny the space and the structure of the villa is in the weird octagon shape that make some space like bedroom and kitchen look a bit uncomfortable.

The grounds were impeccably maintained. The pool was clean, large and accommodating. Room size and layout exceeded our expectations. The poolside food was good, decent portions and not exorbitantly priced. Staff was very friendly everywhere they were encountered. Parking was free and safe, well lit.

The cable guide in the room was not showing the correct programs and corresponding channels which was frustrating. The pillows looked and felt comfortable at first but waking up they were completely flat.

I liked the fragrant air as I walked the pathway, at Flora Gardens!! Flowers and shrubs were beautiful!! Kelly, in Concierge, is an asset to the Desert Oasis

Well, the ice maker was broken, so I requested service to fix it, but it never worked, and it looked to me as if it was installed upside down 🤔I bought ice 🧊

The room was absolutely beautiful and the property had some amazing desert landscaping. We really enjoyed the spa tub in the bedroom and the various gardens.

The only complaint I have is that check out is 10am. This is pretty early and although the paperwork mentions it, the staff at check in did not bring it up. We checked out about 15 minutes late because I assumed it was at 11am, but we weren’t charged anything. Not at all a deal breaker but a later check out would have been nice. Overall the stay was amazing and we will definitely be back.

The Sheridan Desert Oasis was a nice little getaway location. The villa rooms were clean, comfortable and up-to-date. The pool was very nice, and despite the covid protocols (which may have limited the capacity at the pool), we never had a problem finding chairs. It was a good place for a relaxing time, and while there were children around, it was never noisy or seemingly out-of-control at the pool. Very little to complain about here.

The covid protocols were unnecessary (where a mask to the pool or while walking around it, but you don't need to where one in your chair or in the water -- so why bother requiring them at all?). Also because of covid, there was an extra fee if you wanted your room cleaned (we didn't pay for that), however, getting fresh towels was no problem and the staff were very quick to respond to any request -- which could be made via a text message. Also, the location is a little far from the main part of Scottsdale, but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.
