Holiday Inn Express and Suites Bryant - Benton Area, an IHG Hotel

The room was clean except for the sleeper sofa. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet even though close to I-30. The hotel was easily accessible from the interstate and close to a variety of stores and restaurants. The hotel personnel was very friendly & professional from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The young lady at the front desk was very knowledgeable about the area including the surrounding restaurants. She even voluntarily called one restaurant to find out their hours of operation for us. We will definitely return the next time we're in the area.

Sleeper sofa appeared dirty - could use a good upholstery cleaning. When I sat down, it felt like I was going to the floor. After standing up, I noticed that it sagged in the middle

The room we had was very large, the shower was great, they had a don't stocked breakfast area. The staff was very friendly. It was super easy access to hwy 30. The curtains were black out, so you could have a dark room to sleep in. We were just passing through and checked in late after a tough drive, so it was a very pleasant stay to rest, recuperate and move on.

The dining area was really cool that morning, but we had jackets.

I loved everything about the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. The front desk lady greeted you with the utmost respect and had a smile on her face. "That's a big plus with me." The rooms were clean & comfortable. The overall atmosphere was pleasant. The vibe was outstanding. My grandkids were not ready to leave. We most definitely recommend this hotel. BEST STAY 10⭐️

Breakfast was excellent. The woman serving/attending was delightful and kind.

Maybe a coupon to save a little money. For instance, we stayed 2 nights in a row at this hotel branch because they were so nice. Maybe you could give a coupon as incentive to stay in the same hotel as your customers are traveling across the country.

The staff here was so wonderful...I wish I can remember everyone’s names but they were all so kind and made me feel like I was staying at a 5 star hotel. Check in was quick and easy, and the breakfast service was great. There was enough food offered to not miss a breakfast buffet and the staff was glad to accommodate my teenage son before his swim meet with all the food he needed. The coffee bar was also fresh and the coffee was delicious. This place was also spotless, the lobby, breakfast area and our room were all super clean. The room was very comfortable and were enjoyed the suite since we ate most of our meals in there (also loved the Keurig and the large refrigerator). The location was great too as there were so many restaurants nearby offering takeout. Thank you for a wonderful weekend, we look forward to returning.

Did hear some loud cars overnight.

Very clean. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good as well. There was a mixup on our room but the staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Could use more luggage carrier’s. You only have two. There were two cars parked at the front doors that were holding up the unloading at checkin. one was working on theirs and other was unloading laundry then just left it sit there.

Everything, beds was comfortable, had a good breakfast, easy to get to and friendly staff.

The pool hours could have been longer. They could have had extra cover in the room with out asking for it.

Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, and the sundry was convenient!

No maid service… this disappointed me.

then we didn’t like about our trip. There was too many chemicals in the pool, and we could swim.

The property is well maintained and great location.

Only issue was a breakfast. There was only 1 worker! She was doing her best but you can tell that she was very overwhelmed with the crowd. She had to make the breakfast sandwiches plus take the orders and make the bags AND ensure coffee was stocked. It was a mess. We left to purchase breakfast elsewhere.
