Great staff, the most courteous I've seen in years, Loved seeing their genuine smiles.. Our suite was peaceful, cozy, and roomy, with a relaxing whirlpool tub, tv perfectly placed. Super comfy bed, did wonders for our backs - had a great night sleep. Hands down, one of the best hotel breakfasts around, very nice drink and food selections, Morning crew was awesome, so happy to help.

That there wasn't an extra comforter in closet for the bed.

Not enough parking!! People pulling trailers were taking up most of the spots and people at check-in were telling guests (in cars, and even handicapped guests) to park at nearby restaurants and walk to hotel!! I didn’t reserve and pay for our room, and drive over 7 hours to get there, to not be able to park on the hotel property!! Also, indoor heated pool??? I don’t think the heater had been turned on in months, so we were unable to enjoy pool!! Very disappointed, especially after a long, hot day of shopping!! No signs saying heater not working, either!!

we’ve stayed here a few times, location is great for our annual trips. room and beds are very clean and comfy.

the shower did not drain very well, I let the desk staff know and hopefully they fixed it for the next guests. the breakfast looked good, but they didn’t open until 7:30, by then we are on the road again.

Best place for the whole family including the furry ones. We’ve traveled all over the US and this particular LaQuinta still exceeds all for its value, comfort, cleanliness and welcoming staff. the staff even help us avoid extra charges when we needed food delivered.

In the past and on the website it says dogs stay free so I was a bit surprised by the additional charges but it was within reason and this is a great location for a dog friendly hotel

The King Suite was super nice and roomy and clean! And the price was reasonable. Our floor was quiet and comfortable. The King Suite had a separate living area with a full refrigerator and a large screen TV - there were doors you could close off and block each room for privacy - the bedroom also had a large screen TV. Although we are not handicapped, we chose a handicap accessible room because of the roominess and lower tub. It was great!

Our room had coffee but no sugar or creamer. The breakfast had no eggs or bacon and I was looking forward to a waffle but there was no waffle mix or syrup, so we made do with the microwaved sausage & biscuits and muffins.

pretty good value, Breakfast was good. Location was right off Interstate.

snacks were expensive. Elevator slow. Ice machine not on my floor.

Very nice room size. Great breakfast selection. I loved that the jacuzzi suite is split into living, bed, and bath sections by doors.

Jacuzzi was a little small for both of us to fit comfortably. The room itself was relatively clean except a few stray hairs and a jug of chocolateilk left in fridge. Seemed like housekeeping was in a hurry and didn't do a thorough cleaning.

The service was great the lady that serves the food is very helpful and courteous I like the fresh juice choices cranberry orange and Apple

The breakfast is okay for someone coming and going. Sausage burrito, egg biscuit,muffins, yogurt, cereal and coffee with fresh orange,apple or cranberry juice. Don't really like the coffee too much. Not a bad breakfast but I wish they had gravy with biscuits , pancakes, and waffles like the Holiday Inn Express does.

The room was huge, smartly decorated and furnished. The bed was awesome and felt like I was home on my own bed. The bathroom was clean, and had plenty of lighting and counter space. The one thing I was concerned about was how slippery the tub was when I stepped into it. Thankfully I kept my balance.

The desk clerk was very pleasant, but didn't provide a wi-fi code, and after driving 1,400 miles in 2 days, I was exhausted and didn't think to ask for one. I was able to to tether my laptop onto my phone.

Great breakfast every morning. Clean room and bathroom.

The mattress on the bed needs to go to the firm or memory foam mattress. Back hurt very nightonthe mattress they use now.
