Staff was very organized and professional
The room was very warm when we arrived. Took several hours to cool down which was after we went to bed. Could they turn on AC even at a higher temp when reserved? Breakfast was more limited that most Quality Inns. But what they had was well done and clean.

there is currently a lot of construction around the property making the road a one way road. the visibility wasn’t the best when leaving the property. it’s a little outdated, but overall it was a great stay

The hot water didn’t stay hot very long. Our AC in our room didn’t get very cold and left it feeling damp. The breakfast was a let down and the juice dispenser was broke and would only pour water but wasn’t marked as broke.

Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. Good price and easy location for Little Rock AFB. Room had a fridge and microwave.
The cheets and bed covers each had a hole in them. Owners should replace the bed linens. Breakfast options were a bit slim but OK. Didn't choose it for the breakfast.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Checking in was no trouble at all. Our room was very clean, the whole facility was clean and quiet.
Only thing I did like was i wish they would update website on what kind of deluxe room your booking. The room i booked wasn't the room I was expecting like the website had listed. However it was still a nice room.

The night lady was so sweet and helpful, gretted us with that southern hospitality. If I needed anything or had a question they were right on it. The laundry was clean and available.
My side didn't have a nightstand so we just moved the table over. The t.v. had a volume problem , it would turn up and down on its own, it was fine though we just kept the remote handy ( room 126)

The room i had booked weeks in advance, were all booked up. We were upgraded to the Mini Suite and it was wonderful. All new furniture and was very clean in the room. The front desk clerk said the new Owners are in the process of renovating the hotel and I am excited to stay here again in the future to see the progress!
I didn't like that we had to use the stairs to get to the second floor. I didn't even see an elevator or space for one. Stairs are a bit rough on my knees.

The TV didn't work, she had to come to room and the remote wouldn't work, had to change channels on the box. She tried so I don't blame her!
