Hilton Garden Inn North Little Rock

These beds were so comfortable! We had no issues falling asleep at all and the curtains kept all the light out for naps or sleeping in. The coffee in the morning was very good, the staff was helpful, and the hotel was beautiful.

The area has quite a few iffy gas stations, etc. When at the hotel we stayed in the hotel or on the property. It isn't an area for morning walks and what not. The coffee maker gave us a few issues, but at least it worked!

Very nice environment, easy to find, and definitely in a great location. Will most definitely be coming back in the near future.

There was not enough towels or toilet paper.

The front door was slow to open, you would have to wait so several seconds almost to the point you would think it wasn't going to open. Other than the front door mechanics everything was wonderful. All of the employees were very nice and helpful

Our stay over night was great!! We enjoyed the convenience of the shopping area! Clean hotel. The check out clerk was so friendly and nice!

My first room was not completely clean, but the receptionist quickly took care of the issue. She moved us to another room.

Everything was great. The service, cleanliness, amenities, comfort. Great staff, they were friendly.

Did not offer complementary breakfast, but if they did then the cost would be a little more. There is a Cracker Barrel near which was great.

I stayed during a snow storm. The staff went over and above to be accommodating and make my stay pleasant under difficult circumstances. The staff was positive and friendly in every situation.

Meals were slow and so-so. However, this was very likely due to staffing and delivery problems due to the snow storm and not a reflection of their service under normal circumstances.

The location was near everything (dining, entertainment, and shopping). I left my phone in the room after checkout and the desk manager went to the room to retrieve. The receptionists are outstanding.

The property was well kept and everything was clean in the hotel. The fact that there is an available hot breakfast menu is always a plus and one of the reasons that I pick this hotel amongst others when I am traveling through Little Rock.

The only down side to this hotel is that the rooms are due for an update as far as how they are designed along with the furniture. Everything is fully functional just a little dated compared to other hotels.

The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were so squishy. Absolutely had a great night's sleep.

I could hear my neighbor upstairs but after 2 phone calls to the front desk he stopped stomping around the room.

super clean and staff was friendly. the location is awesome! everything is near by and close.

I didn’t like that the gym was small but that was just my personal preference.
