On a road trip we needed a one night stay and from the images this looked like a quiet place, but the spring time on the Gardener's Cottage balcony in the trees was worth it all. The ample deck was our breakfast terrace and evening seating amidst the trees overlooking the rear gardens. A fine victorian building, mostly painted wood interior, it has it's quirky unique character issues that just make it more appealing than the standard make-over. Generous bedroom, compact upper level kitchenette and large tub in bathroom. Parfait and bagel breakfast, great coffee selection. Lots of windows and neighboring 'cottages', but privacy is kept in smart ways. Exceeded my expectations.

Our upper level unit had exterior wooden stairs, but we are hikers, so not a problem for us, but may be challenging for some. The neighborhood is a mix of wonderful larger former single family restorations and ones waiting to happen in mature tree-lines streets. The off-street parking will challenge larger vehicles.

Rosemont B+B Cottages was exactly what I was looking for at the end of our vacation. Beautiful accommodations! Enjoyed the breakfast ! Double confirm your breakfast . We had ordered it well ahead of and confirmed by owner but did not receive second breakfast . However would definitely stay again bed was great . Gardens at the site are beautiful and so close to attractions. We walked two bridges , visited the Clinton Library, visited parks on both sides of the Arkansas River, were educated on the Trail of Tears, Central High was a wonderful exhibition but disturbing history of our country’s progress. Loved our stay!

second breakfast didn’t arrive

Historical register property that was Tastefully decorated with unique antique furnishings. We had car issues and the hosts were very understanding and had an option to move the date out and back to original booking date. The B&B is located in the city so expect convenience and you should be aware of your surroundings.(as you would in any major city)

Beautiful architecture and furnishings.

We loved how the place was quaint and quiet. It was a welcome break from a traditional hotel. The location was easily walkable to restaurants. The instructions to get in and how to get breakfast were specific and easy to follow. We would definitely stay there again.

The only thing that took me by surprise (only because I didn’t look close enough) was to shower we had to sit in the bathtub and use the sprayer hose.

We stayed in the Hayward cottage. Absolutely adorable cottage and very clean. All the personal touches were above and beyond. Private garden with candle burning on the table outside when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable. The responses of property owners were quick and helpful. Well worth the price. Grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants near by. I wish I could have stayed a lot longer. I will definitely reserve a cottage again if I am traveling thru Little Rock Arkansas again.

it was a small, comfortable cottage in a nice older area of Little Rock. it was easy to find, within walking distance of restaurants, and close to the expressway for continuing our travel the following day. it had 2 TV’s. one did not connect but the inn keeper responded quickly to our call and fixed the problem.

Nothing. in fact we booked it again for our return trip.

Very cute comfortable cottage. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely go back.

The only "criticisms" I would add is that the website is somewhat confusing to navigate. Also- we stayed in the treehouse cottage which is upstairs- the stairs are pretty steep and were pretty slick with the dew. Adding some kind of tread would definitely help.

Beautiful, well maintained cottage! Wonderful hosts who made sure all the comforts of home were available. Peaceful and restful. Had “neighbors” on each side, however heard absolutely nothing from them. I’d highly recommend this property! I’d be more than pleased to use again in the future!

Nothing I can think of.

The bed and sheets were the best we’ve had in any hotel or Airb&b. Simply, the best! The cottage is very homey, comfortable and clean. The cottage was within walking distance from downtown and had tons of close restaurant options. Stacy was available if needed and very friendly.

The TV could have been a bit bigger, but it was no big deal.

It was a large apartment, very clean, cute and quaint, large refrigerator, free parking, cute cats, in a nice neighborhood with beautiful old houses and near the SOMA district with lots of restaurants and shops

It was just about perfect, so there is nothing really bad to point out. We stayed on the top floor, and if you have mobility issues, the steps might be difficult, so take a downstairs cottage if that is the case.
