Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Lonoke

This place is a hidden gem. I'm glad I found it while planning my trip. This hotel is super clean. The rooms have the best layout I've ever seen. Couch with table. Leg rests that slide under a table. Very spacious. Staff was amazing. You are welcomed on TV screen when you walk in your room. It just feels comfortable. Just a small walk across a field of grass and you are at a Walmart. Takes less than 5 minutes. Has a 24 hour McDonald's across the street. The list goes on. It is hidden off the interstate in a small community. I stayed here both ways on my trip and im glad. I will do it again on my next one. I can't express enough how pleased I was.

The staff were courteous. The facilities were lovely. The breakfast was well displayed. The room was SO clean, and best of all, when I awoke the next morning my face wasn’t swollen! (if you know, you know)

Everything was great!

Location was great to where we needed to be. Check in was fast and staff were excellent and friendly. Facilities and rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Everything worked excellent and we really enjoyed it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ease on and off the freeway along with a Mexican restaurant and Waffle House across the street made this hotel a very convenient stop for us.

Parking lot was not great for the amount of large vehicles that were staying at this location

We have atayed in this Hampton Inn previousl & found it clean & comfortable. Perhaps because of Covid, breakfast was a bit thin, i.e. no waffle machine or hot items. But all food items were individually wrapped, such as bagels, & to-go bags were available to take items with us. Most patrons wore masks...employees were not masked.

Employees did not wear masks, as the web site stated " everyone was required to wear masks". So that was a bit disappointing.

The breakfast was the best! Always clean area to get my breakfast and the tables we sat at were clean and comfy. Coffee was always full and hot and the food was amazing!

The room was snug for four girls but the bathroom was exceptional! The pillows made my face breakout so I had to purchase one from a local store.

So clean and comfortable. Still had a very safe area to have breakfast especially since COVID-19. Also we had a car hauler and to find parking where you can fit your vehicle is difficult. Our room overlooked our parking so we could see our vehicles. I will most definitely stay there again when we travel. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and super nice. Beds were extremely comfortable.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Good Location, very clean, wonderful and extremely helpful staff.

Lots of highway noise in my room. The desk lady apologized and suggested that I request a room on the other side of the hotel next time I come.

Robert was awesome. We were traveling for a family issue and he made our checking flawless. This was an above and beyond experience for us. Really hated that we had to check out early. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The only thing I do not like is the fact this hotel does not have a microwave in every room.

The facility was very clean and bright. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room size was very nice with sofa, desk and king size bed. I appreciate a secure wifi connection with password assess.
