there breakfast is really good and very close to everything and a short drive to amazing hiking and the staff where absolutely nothing but helpful and wonderful they lady that was doing breakfast and was working the front desk she make the trip even better I’m sorry I didn’t get your name but you check is out too

my only complaint would be the out side key to get in the building was extremely hard to get in you had to sit there and put your card in and out for it to work in the cold

The breakfast was one of the best motel breakfasts we have had lately. The variety of foods was good--excellent scrambled eggs, large sausage links that were delicious; biscuits that were not cold and dried out, and delicious gravy. My husband had pancakes that were good and I had a toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Our only problem they didn't have was decaf coffee. The room was large and set up well for handicapped. I asked to be near an elevator and they honored it. The room was clean and quiet. It was a great place to stay.

Very friendly staff and always have been every time we stay there. Always friendly staff at this location. They always jump into make sure you have what you need and want.

Hide a bed couch wasn't comfortable at all and that was one of the things we needed. For the room I choose it was an king executive suite. Would of been better if the hide a bed couch was bigger than a twin size...

The staff were all excellent and so helpful. When I went to leave, my car would not start. They called several other people staying at the hotel to see if they had jumper cables. We found someone who could help me. They went over and above the call of duty. I just thank them so much. Karen

Everything was perfect ! !

The room was spacious and the size of the fridge was great. The air quality was great and that's important to me.

The shower curtain was ready for a good wash. It didn't smell good. The water pressure wasn't consistent. I also wish the hot tub on the property was working for winter and although I'm glad the pool was open, it was pretty cold. It would be nice if it was a little warmer. There needs to be better air circulation in the pool area. The chlorine smell was overwhelming and hurt my lungs.

The pool and the accommodations were good

The manager was super rude. Implied that we were going to take things from the room. And the. Did t give us enough time to get our things to get out. Rushed us. And was rude. That was uncalled for. The manager was a black man

Staff on all shifts I came in contact were great. Love staying here when traveling to visit family. Clean facility and location is great. Right off the exit. Gas stations, Walmart and food all on the same exit. Love that the facility does allow pets and you cannot tell. They must separate floors and or clean well due to the great staff!

Hot tub was closed at the pool however that could be due to covid restrictions in place or repairs. If due to covid there could be a time limit in place for a small family etc. Due to covid no breakfast...also no breakfast bags as stated other than this no complaints!!

We would have rated you at 10, but since there was no freezer in the room, we asked at the front desk if we could store some ice packs because we had to keep some medication very cold and had to refreeze are ice packs each day as we travel. We were told no, covid rules would not allow that. We both believed that was a major cop out, hence the 8 rating

Clean, good location, free breakfast, nice staff.

I didn't like seeing a guest walk into the breakfast area with a very large dog on a leash. For me that was unsanitary.

Front office staff was friendly and accommodating, despite a later than expected check in due to flight delays. The breakfast had a variety of options. The facility was extremely clean, updated and comfortable.
