I like that breakfast wad ready and had several options to choose from.front desk ladies were very welcoming..rooms are nicely set up with a desk an up to date tvs.

That when ask for extra towels due to long hair an kids they acted like they didn't have enough. An had to get them out of dryer an sometimes never got them an had to use our swimming towels we brought from home for showers,also after 4 yrs in a row staying here the gym still is not open

The location is fine, in the middle of Searcy. Good for visiting your Harding student. Not sure what else there is to do in Searcy, we just visit our daughter while she's in school. This property is priced right for that.

The property is currently under renovation so I'm waiting to see those items completed, but due to the renovations, it was a bit of a trek to get to the room. The room was fine for me, but I'm not sure I'd take my whole family.

Breakfast was fair but it stated to eat in the eating area, The swimming pool was not in operation event he indoor pool

The room itsel could have beeen remodeled better, the bathroom door shut hard and was actually quite dleapidated alos the bathroom fan should be able to shut off but runs continuously

Did not have breakfast there. Due ot the nature of my business, I had to extend the stay an extra day. Staff was so helpful with assisting me with settling the acomendations.

The desk chair was old and aged, there was no adjustment to raising the chair. The pillows on the bed were no bigger than pillows that are on couches. No acknowledgement of being a member of Choice Awards.

For value received, I have no suggestions. Only thing was the hot tub was not working.

The only thing that i didnt like was that our room was a handycap accesible and im a big boy and was a little difficult to use the services and crowded with all of the accomodations (Handycap chairs ) in the bathroom.

The personnel, specially the housekkeping lady was very friendly and helpful and the pool.

Really enjoyed our stay! Nice room and friendly service at the front desk! Super happy they actually had a full breakfast in the morning and was really good! If we visit Searcy again this will be the place we stay!

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly.

Ice machines are outside. At such a nice place I don't expect to have to leave the security of the hotel and go out into the weather for ice. The ice machine on my floor was out of order. Also they are not serving breakfast due to covid. I feel like the hotels are just being cheap by continuing to do this. Fast food restaurants and dine in establishments are open, so why can't a hotel serve a hot breakfast. It is frustrating that they no longer offer this but expect you to pay the same room rate.

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

Towels did not smell fresh, toilet flusher lever had to be held down for approximately 30 seconds for the toilet to completely flush, and low shower water pressure.

Nice room and comfortable bed .good room for the price

Breakfast definitely need a bigger variety of food to choose from.biscuit and gravy is the basic and waffles.
