Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Searcy

I did not see breakfast there except for one day and it looked pretty good but the sausage was sitting in liquid or fat. Not sure which. I didn't have any of that. The eggs looked good. I would prefer to have half and half for my coffee on the day there was breakfast. (Sunday) The location was good. I like being in well populated areas for coming back at night. Near restaurants was a plus.

Breakfast was not there everyday. My remote for the TV was so dirty I asked them to clean it, which they did and then they put it in my room for me. The air conditioner didn't work great but it was sufficient.

Good location - easy off and on highway access. Property was clean, and staff friendly and helpful. Quiet room with a window seat! TIt happened that the fridge in the room wasn't working. I told the front desk, and they came with a replacement within 10 minutes. Bed was comfy, though pillows were a bit too overstuffed. Definitely would stay again.

Breakfast food choices were adequate.

Breakfast could have been a little better with more options, but it was good to have it there. The room was very nice and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Coffee was a little hard to get out of the pot. Also didn't have as much available when needed. The air conditioning in the hallways was too cold! our room was quite cold when we arrived, too. Another chair and more table room would have been nice.

The rooms were super clean. The cleaning staff is amazing. Also, I enjoyed Rebecca on the night shift front desk-very friendly and helpful.

The motion sensor light in the weight room is positioned by the door-it just shuts off after about 20-30 min, leaving me on the treadmill in the dark.

The staff is always warm and friendly. The lobby is furnished with comfortable furniture that is perfect for sitting in and catching up with your group. We always stay here when visiting Harding. The breakfast choices are good too. Super comfortable beds, great window seat to watch the spectacular sunsets.

Other than the couch it was very clean. Check out lady was very sweet. We would stay here again.

Called down ( little late in evening) tv was not working. The lady was not helpful. Her reply was "well it should be." My husband figured out that it was not connected properly on his own. Toilet was hard to flush. Had to wait to pull handle up each time to stop water from running.

We didn't find much to like about the breakfast. At least they had warm scrambled eggs and sausages but no waffles.

They could have had decaf coffe available and the apple juice had no flavor...just like colored water. They had no sweetener packets available. I had to ask and I was given 3 small packets which barely sweetened the cereal and coffee.

Easy in and out...close to family. Could use a refresh of rooms. Loved that they take care and feed feral cats...we always need more of that!

Nothing not to like...inexpensive, uncomplicated just sleep and leave...just what a traveler wants.

Room was fine. Location was good.

Room was smaller than other Microtel I stayed in . Breakfast wasn't as nice either. But it was about 26 dollars cheaper a night. Smaller town.

This is our go-to property when we are going to Harding. The staff is very friendly and the beds are really comfortable. We have usually arrived after a long cross-country drive so the coin operated laundry is much appreciated and needed! It is within walking distance of several restaurants and a Super Walmart and Lowe’s for supply runs.
