Beautiful hotel and clean room. Everyone was great and helpful. We went to visit our grandson in Memphis, TN and booking.com had this hotel cheaper than any other hotel in the area. We like going to casinos, so this was a win-win, visiting family and weekend at casino!

The only thing that we think would make the room better, is maybe a table by the window, a luggage rack instead of putting suitcase on floor. Also needs to fix fridge, witch did not work but was running. Minor things but useful.

The Staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, loved the shower

After spending $700, you'd think the room came with a microwave. You have to travel long ways before one is even accessible. There's a coffee maker in the room with no coffee. The air conditioning unit was leaking. So, after the 3rd day of course the carpet started smelling like mildew

The hotel and staff were amazing. The room had a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was not very comfortable. Also, you have to go through metal detectors, and they will go through your luggage if applicable. I understand the need, but very discouraging. Lastly, it is very awkward driving to the hotel door.

Breakfast was delicious for the price. Portions were more than I expected but very good.

I’m not against people having pets but not in a setting like this, if you rent a room and are allergic to animals and don’t know one was in the room before you the hotel is going to have a serious problem.

The room is spacious and quite. The mattress is very supportive and comfortable. The bathroom is clean.

The check in didn’t have my reservation, but the lady said she will give me a room with my reservation price. The food options are limited because the major restaurants are closed during the weekdays.

The hotel is a little over a year old, everything was well kept. Even with some construction taking place around the hotel it did not impact our stay.

The Booking.com check-in stated 3pm, however when we arrived we were told the check-in was not until 4pm.

Did not eat there because of the price of everything.

Our room smelled badly of cigarette smoke. We were told on checking out that we should have let them know and they would have moved us to a different room. Now I know to do that.

Top-Tier Staff! Refreshing to find personnel that is representing their company positively, providing great customer service, and isn't behind the desk just to collect a paycheck. We had a short stay, but left with a positive experience!
