Customer service. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel seemed cleaned and neat. I also liked the indoor pool and fitness center.
Food Selection could have been better. I always stay at the Hampton Inn so I tried out the Marriot and felt Hampton Inn breakfast was a lot better. There we had a better selection and things stayed stocked up. The coffee cups were empty, No creamer available the food area was a bit messy. The Hotel bed that i slept in wasn't comfortable I was kind of disappointed .

I have two questions. 1) The room had three pillows instead of four. Is that typical? 2) The remote was lying on top of the plastic sleeve, not inside it. Are your hotels still sanitizing the remotes?

I DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO EXPERIENCE THE BREAKFAST BECAUSE I HAD TO BE AT WORK BEFORE IT STARTED BUT THE ATMOSPHERE AND SMELL OF IT WAS GREAT!! i PLAN TO REVISIT SOON SO I CAN HAVE THAT EXPERIENCE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL. I WISH I COULD STSY HERE EVERYDAY. IT FELL LIKE HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!
THERE WAS NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. EVERYTHING WAS TO MY LIKING AND ABOVE. THE STAFF WAS SO FRIENDLY AND I'LL DEFINITELY BE BACK. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO IN KEEPING YOUR GUESTS SAFE AND FEELING AT HOME!!

The hotel appeared to be relatively new. It was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower was very clean and roomy. Access to the room was easy.
The power outlet at the desk didn't work. The bathroom door would not stay open. Lots of light from the parking lot came in the window during the night. Regarding the outlet and door...I mentioned at checkout and the agent thanked me and said they would remedy right away.

It was very clean and the employees we're very nice. it was not crowded at all so that was nice as well.
The only thing that bothered me was that my bed slanted down as if it had been slept in on one side too many years. Everything else was great
