Best value I was able to find! we always stay at del sol or grand legacy. Couldn’t this time because we needed a pet friendly location. Ended up finding pet care last minute by a family friend but we stayed at that location anyway. I was so impressed with how clean the rooms were and spacious. Not only that but the free breakfast was delicious and the staff there too was so pleasant every morning. Daily parking was reasonable $15 per day.

It’s too far to walk to Disneyland personally. We took transportation via ART bus and that made it so convenient. It’s a bit pricey for 5 days but the free breakfast makes up for it in my opinion. Thinking ahead, when we come again and bring our kids, that’s a family of 6! Saving big when you look at it that way.

Very modern, updated room (ours was a suite with a living room that had a couch/tv/desk). Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable king size bed. Beautiful shower area with rain shower head. Central to lots of restaurants but also very quiet and safe. Great FREE breakfast with waffles, sausages, eggs, cereal (even if it's not listed as free breakfast on the booking site). A mile from Disney and accessible by the ARC tourist bus but we just walked <10 mins to the Toy Story lot where we caught the free shuttle (and went through Disney's bag check early so we could skip it at the main gate). I honestly don't know how they do it at this budget price point!

Proximity, cleanliness, and friendly front lobby staff! We also got a room with black curtains so it blocked out a lot of light.

My only big issue was the bed. I’m personally not a fan of memory foam mattresses as they are firm and hurt my back. However, our bed came with lots of pillows so my son and I were able to use them under and in between our knees to take the pressure off our backs. For those who aren’t fans of hearing traffic and prefer a more quiet space, I would suggest a room toward the back of the property as I could hear the traffic since our room was right off of the street entrance (not a deal breaker for me though).

Customer service was top notch. Rep to customer text communication was excellent as well as the housekeeping! The room was perfect for us right around the corner was the ice machine and laundry mat that was accessible. Restaurants and convenient stores were very close.

We had the family suite was somewhat comfortable BUT the only sad part was that the suite’s 2 bed room with the ac unit benefited the cold temp but the room with the entrance door barely got air with the small see through window connected to the 2 bedroom. It didn’t help at all by having that unless we left the barn door open.

The minute I arrived the staff was amazing! Anything I needed I was immediately accommodated. My room & bed was comfy cozy which made it difficult for me to get up in the morning. I was thrilled to find out it was close to everywhere I had to go. There are plenty of ways to get to wherever I had to go, just had to schedule it in advance to get t Disney. I actually decided to walk to the Anaheim Convention Center which was only about 10 minutes away if you cut though the other hotels. The choices of where to eat lunch & dinner are as close as next door. As for breakfast I was there like clockwork every morning before heading out on my day. I would definitely stay here again. Loved it!!!

There is nothing that really stands out for me as for dislikes, although there was no coffee maker in my room. I'm a coffee lover and I can drink coffee numerous times in a day or at any time of the day. However, there was always fresh coffee whenever I needed it in the lobby with fresh cream and real sugar + sugar substitutes if that's what you like.

Breakfast was the nicest I have experienced at a similar hotel. Appreciated the hot food selection and that it wa served at a counter, not with messy self-serve preparation. Clean and very efficient. Location was excellent. Room was very clean and the staff were very helpful.

Furnishings were very stark. and the room had a cold feel to it. Was likely because it was fully wheelchair accessible. It was a great place for a quick overnight sty, but not someplace I would stay longer as comfort was not part of the package. Parking was very tight. We were able to find a space, but the hotel informed us last minute that since we had not booked with the hotel directly, there would be an additional parking fee. Pool area was clean and the hot tub was great.

the shuttle to Disneyland stops right outside the hotel, breakfast was included with the stay, staff was always really friendly and available to help us.

keep in mind the shuttles get backed up at night not the hotel’s fault though. but still better then taking the car out because parking lot fills up fast. however when part of our group came back to the hotel the room was not locked so we’re not sure if housekeeping didn’t lock it being them because we always checked it when we left. nothing was taken but it did make us nervous about leaving the property. also the floor was a bit uneven with the floorboards coming up and drawers sliding out of the dresser. nothing major but did leave us uneasy because we had a small child in our room.

The room we stayed in was very clean! The bed was comfortable enough and had plenty of space for our family. It is within walking distance (about 1 mile) from Disneyland (though I don’t recommend if you have a full day planned with little ones.) You can easily catch a shuttle nearby. The complimentary breakfast was the standout for us. They make it fresh to order and also have cereal, toast, bagels, etc. They also have a 24 hour coffee bar available at the front office. Great for fellow night owls! The staff is very friendly and gladly grabbed us paper plates from the kitchen when our DoorDash order came without them. Overall, it was a great stay!

The only thing I would say is that not having curtains over the windows makes it difficult to fall asleep if you’re used to a pitch dark room. If you’re on the bottom floor, you may be woken up by blinding car lights in your face. Also, the sound proofing is not great. You can hear just about everything that goes on in the vicinity of your room. We didn’t have loud neighbors but every time someone passed our room we clearly heard everything they said and they weren’t even talking that loud. These things weren’t deal breakers for us but noteworthy for light or sensitive sleepers.

I am going to stay here again. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. I liked how the 2 rooms had totally separate vibes. The rain shower was great, the bathroom was spacious. I was really impressed with the room, the location (a mini mart literally 20 feet away), and the breakfast. Waffles and eggs to order! I am very picky about where I stay, do not write reviews, but I had to this tike. Highly recommend.

I did not like the pool or spa. The pool was disgusting. The water was extremely cloudy and dirty The spa had a thick film covering the water.

I have tall and big sons. It was very nice to have a room where we could be together but a door separate. They had their own beds and we were not on top of each other, thank you. Son love the breakfast he's an early riser while the rest enjoyed the coffee. Yes, it was hot and hit the spot.

Parking needs a bigger lot or something but if you're going to pay for a spot. One should be available. Maybe thicker windows or more insulated. My aunt heard a lot of the street traffic on the first night but the second night was a little better. The bed was a little too soft for me.
