Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort / Convention Center

The room configuration was perfect for families because it had a two sleeping areas which including a sitting room, bunk beds and a sleeper sofa for my 3 daughters, plus a full size bed for me. Both spaces had their own tv too. My daughters said this was their favorite hotel we’ve stayed at, and that speaks volumes because we have traveled a lot this year for their cheer competitions. We also utilized the in house restaurant, which was conveniently located on the ground floor and offered reasonably priced kids meals with very generous portions. A hot buffet breakfast was included with our stay. My girls each enjoyed the food options, which is incredible because my 6 and 8 year old can be very picky eaters.

We had a clean room with kitchen, a nice view which was a plus for us, very pleasant every area very clean and the lady at the front desk was exceptional, breakfast was great and the location was great; we will definitely be coming back here 👍. Nothing to be honest I liked Everything, from our room to every area, very convenient, clean and nice.

Just stayed here for 3 nights in the 2 queen/pull out bed room. Rooms were clean and spacious. Room got cleaned on the second day. Staff was quick and attentive whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was just right! Enough to keep us full until lunch. We had an early flight on our last morning and staff was kind enough to let me start getting food 10 mins early. Toy Story shuttle to Disneyland was so convenient. Loved this hotel!

Walls were a bit thin so it did get noisy at times but we used a sound machine and it drowned it out.

The hotel is new and well maintained. The included breakfast was varied for all palates and plentiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location to Disneyland was perfect, but may be too long to walk with small children.

Be prepared for the Disney family experience. Our room had a connecting door to another that was not well insulated at all. For two of the three nights here we were bombarded with banging, screaming, crying, and outright shenanigans by the family next to us. The second night they returned from the park at 1am and woke up my partner and I from a sound sleep. Luckily we were checking out the next day!

We stay at this hotel every time we go to Disneyland! it is super convenient, clean, and the staff is always friendly! Do not waste your time paying $30 parking for Disney! This hotel is a 2 minute walking distance from the Toy Story parking lot! The shuttle bus will drive you right up to the front gates of Disney and California Adventure. And please don’t be put off about riding the shuttle, it is wheelchair/stroller friendly and super clean! The shuttles run a whole hour after the park closes so no need to rush to the pickup station at the end of the night. The parking lot is also extremely safe and bright so the walk back to the hotel at 12AM was super peaceful and a perfect way to end our day!

The building was extremely quiet, clean and comforting. My King Size bed, top floor room met all my expectations. I had some amazing rest while visiting Disneyland. The breakfast in the morning exceeded my expectations and the cook preparing it was very kind. Can’t wait to come back in November!

I have no complaints. The staff and room were exceptional. The only gripe was the gap between the blackout curtain and window seal. It was big enough for light to pierce through and it really bothered my wife. I just got a spare blanket and thrown it up there for her.

Extremely helpful front desk check-in staff, especially Melissa who greeted all guests with a big smile and excellent service. A minor issue with maintenance was very efficiently and professionally sorted with no fuss. Room was spotless and comfortable for a family stay over for a few days. Great location and proximity to theme parks and parking with access to Disney car park shuttle.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, the room we code slept 6 and it was a little small for all 6 of us, but we were gone most of the day so it worked just fine. It was great having a hit breakfast. We would have enjoyed a bit more variety of foods. The breakfast was basically the same each day. But overall, it was a great place to stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was also great!

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of the Anaheim Convention Center. Large rooms with couch and living area. Comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast provided was really good. Underground parking garage feels safe and keeps car cool in summer. Only complaint is the $28 charge PLUS tax for parking which brought it over $30/night! Should be free if you are a Hyatt member.

the property felt safe, was an amazing distance to nice restaurants and the Disney park, and the rooms were extremely clean

The walk to Disney is around 15 minutes or 10 minutes depending on the speed you are walking, and this might be a problem with families with small children. There also needs to be more lighting at night since it is very dark.
