Homewood Suites by Hilton-Anaheim

Had a King suite with a couch fold-out bed. Had to call housekeeping for extra blankets to cushion the mattress because you could feel each and every spring in that entire mattress. Needs to be replaced Th e king bed, bedding, pillows, etc., was great.

Our truck was vandalized. In the first row of the large parking lot...someone almost got away with stealing our catalytic convertor at 7:20AM. Thankfully two different witnesses reported this to the police but the thief was able to escape. Found out there are no cameras, no physical security guard patrolling the parking lot and that this happens alot in this area. I would imagine with the hotels that share that parking lot, a security patrol would benefit all and the cost could very well be shared. Very nervous to park in the lot for the night...thought the thief might come back and finish the job cuz he was nearly successful.

I like the distance from specific places that we were able to visit.

I didn’t like the smell from the sink. it had a moldy smell everytime the sink would turn on. it was very unpleasant.

The fee for parking. When your a guest you SHOULD NOT pay for parking.

The room is nice and huge. It’s convenient for us for 5 people. The staffs are very nice and helpful 👍 Hotel is clean.

The folded bed is so uncomfortable. You can feel the spring of the mattress. It’s need to have a new mattress. The elevator is so inconvenient because only one is working and there’s a lot of guests waiting. At first, my family didn’t complain because we used the stairs instead but when we have a lot of stuff to carry we have to wait for a long time. Hope the other elevator will be fix soon so that no will complain. The pool was closed so they let us used the neighbor hotel.

Good location... Very good staff.. Quite and safe

Clean facilities, friendly and helpful staff, spa was lovely after a day of walking around Disney. It's an easy trip to Disneyland on the ART bus.

The pull out couch bed was seriously uncomfortable.. springs sticking in your back! Luckily the kids were too wrecked from Disney excitement to care. There were a lot of options for breakfast, but they mostly tended to be on the processed side for our tastes eg powdered scrambled eggs. They did have oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurts too though, which was nice. They need more elevators!

I like the fact that everyday breakfast menu was different. Not same boring stuff. But could of been better. Staff was super friendly and over all was clean. My kids thought it was fancy and staff were very helpful with our Disney trip

When we first arrived we were placed on second floor and our view was a/c units..when asked to change rooms staff did accommodate. When we got to our new room everything was good until we looked on ceiling in bathroom and notices small bugs. We didn't ask to change room we had already done it once and was accommodated and they were already full with guest. We have stayed at other homewood suites and this one the rooms are alot smaller the other. But over all it was a good stay.

Breakfast was great and a little bit different each day. Such nice people taking care of us. The room was lovely, clean and quiet. We were on the 6th floor and on the side of the hotel that allowed us to see Disney fireworks each night. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. We had a very nice stay.

Minor problems: The fan in the bathroom did not seem to be working and the dishwasher didn't work.

Location, breakfast, and room size

Rooms are beat up and need a remodel. Things were damaged some plugs not working sofa bed uncomfortable (feel the bed springs). We were there for a tournament and one of my parents seen roaches in there room. However, the space was great for the players along with breakfast was really nice. Location was awesome since we were at the Convention Center. Price is okay but since it’s rundown in the rooms K think they can make an adjustment.

We liked the location, the room was great.

We went through two days without being topped off in TP or clean towels. We asked the front desk for random things like trash bags since our stay had a kitchenette. After the second day we mentioned to the front desk that no one had come to remove the dirty towels or to sweep/vacuum. They told us that Housekeeping only came around every 4 days and we mentioned that both times we had approached the front desk to ask for room items we were never notified of this. Housekeeping came to bring us paper towels, toilet paper and clean towels after we asked a couple of times.
