The room was excellent! The space was perfect. It was very clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed (and more) available in the room. My kids loved the bunk beds. I loved the extra space! Beds and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was fantastic! My family enjoyed the different options they had on a daily basis. Love that they offered fresh fruit daily along with different options of protein. I wish they offered breakfast until at least 10 a.m. though.

I wish they had a free shuttle to Disneyland. They do not offer transportation. You can take public transportation or get an Uber/Lyft or taxi. Which stinks because, as it is, they charge for parking at their facility. It definitely adds up after a few days.

Overall, our experience was very good. The lobby & common areas were amazing! We hung out until check in time since we got there a little early. It was very spacious, open & airy. The extra touches of infused water & coffee were an unexpected treat that we greatly appreciated after a long trip. There was a refillable water filtered drinking fountain that we used to refill our water bottles when we got there & before our day at Disneyland.The gym was awesome! Lots of machines & weights! It was very clean. Overall, the room was clean & tidy. We had the twin beds, pull out bed & two queen beds. The room had a small kitchenette & the mini fridge was a good size! The beds were cozy & loved that we could control our AC since it was so hot out! Loved the bathroom! We had plenty of towels & extra toilet paper, had we needed it. Two TVs are great when traveling with kids! This was definitely the best included breakfast our family has ever eaten at a hotel. The food tasted amazing & we loved the variety! As someone who has some food sensitivities & being lactose intolerant, I was pleasantly surprised that they offered some glutten free options & had almond milk!! Those details definitely had us impressed! The staff was very professional & kind.

The pool was a much smaller than expected & with the amount of people there on a hot California afternoon, it was uncomfortable. We ended up getting out much quicker than we wanted to. The carpet had big stains in our room. The noise level in our room was not great. Our room faced the freeway & you don't notice the noise until you're trying to fall asleep. Add in the noise of the ice machine in the ice room that was right next to our room, & it kept me up most of the night, even with ear plugs on! Had multiple issues with the keycards not letting us on the right floor of the elevator or our room & it was a hassle & an inconvenience but the staff took care of it right away.

breakfast was great, good selection hot and cold .Location was great . 15 Minute walking to front gate. Good size room with full kitchen , no oven , so microwave did the job. Bathroom shower, lovely size for showering children. nice size TVs . Fast with delivering towels to our room

kitchen was clean . However, no kitchen dish towels or soap for dishes. .three night stay . Staff were supposed to do a quick clean up on the Sunday but did not. Not a big deal , got towel from the cart .

The breakfast was very good with selections changing each day. There were rotating hot dishes such as scrambled eggs and sausages or bacon. Yogurt, fruit and cereal were available each day. The weekends featured pancakes, French toast, and waffles on different days.

The barbecue was a bit difficult to operate. Some kitchen items were missing but the front desk staff were very good about replacing them once contacted.

Very clean property and about a 3-5 min drive to Disneyland. They offer free breakfast, water filter in the rooms, snacks for purchase, and luggage carts. You can purchase your Disney tickets, rent motorized wheelchairs, and bikes. I will be staying there again!!

Just be aware to pay $22 a night for parking. We could hear everything going on in the room above us.

Everything was perfect! The staff was incredible! Cecilia was the sweetest! The free breakfast was the best free hotel breakfasts I've ever had. the rooms are super spacious (even with 6 of us) free coffee always available --- only a 15 minute walk to Disneyland ---

parking! I hated that there was no parking for me . we drove around the parking lot for like 30 min looking for parking and never found a spot so I just parked in the front that not a parking spot and am hoping I’m out before anyone complains about it. there is additional parking in the lower level but it was full as well

having to call to arrange for cleaning the room, no washcloths; when we asked them to clean the room they left extra towels, which was great, but they also left a stack of pillowcases like we were supposed to change them ourselves - very strange.

Everything was so clean - breakfast was a pleasant surprise! Super healthy options and some tasty ones for the kids. Room size was great with the bunkbeds and it was easy walking distance with 4 kids and grandma. :)

The cost of parking was definitely a surprise to us. Every dollar counts as it adds up fast going to disneyland.

Keanu and Brennan absolutely made the trip they were extremely nice and made us feel right at home. Nothing but the highest of praises for those 2

The ac dried out the room like crazy. It went from being absolutely freezing to me sweating under one blanket and waking up with a dry throat and sinus
