very nice hotel. pool and waterslides are amazing. it was very cold weather and kids still swam every day.

breakfast was chaotic and the staff was not friendly. no order to the waffle line - super long and people making several waffles each. egg servers always grumpy. food quality marginal at best. no room maintenance. we stayed 4 nights and were told sheets would not be changed unless we stayed a week (which we were fine with), but no clean towels or garbage emptied despite our repeated requests to the front desk and hanging the tag on the door. pool signs said open until 10. we arrived for a swim at 945 and the security guard said already closed.

I liked the location, the cleanliness, and the water park.

I did not like such hearty parking fees AFTER such a hearty price to stay at the property. I also didn’t like the wait for towels and no housekeeping for the 6 days I stayed. Again, with such a cost to even stay at the property, how could there be no housekeeping for such a lengthy stay??!!

Nice, clean, quiet hotel and convenient.

The front desk staffs. When I arrived to check in. The two staffs was talking and ignored me. No greeting guests. I had to step up and talked to them and they gave me a weird look because I cut off their conversation. Is that the way they served Asian? I saw they were so friendly and greeting other guests who were not Asian.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was great for a family of 7. Very comfortable bedding. Loved the bunk beds and enormous bathroom. My kids could have done the water slides all day long. Breakfast was great. Loved that they kept the pool heated.

The pool needed to be cleaned. It was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom. 😬not cool that they charge $30 a night for parking.

The amenities were great, the breakfast was fantastic, the location was great, and the rooms were spacious and clean.

There were two hidden fees for parking and the resort that added up to over $200. I just wish they had been more upfront with those charges before we booked. We also had a difficult time getting them to come clean our room.

Breakfast was great, I love the Mickey Mouse-shaped pancakes. Room was clean and tidy and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you want a good hotel to stay for Disneyland, this is the one. I'd definitely come back here again!

Booking the free Disneyland shuttle was quite confusing and difficult. Staff tried their best but after a while trying, I ended up paying for Uber to Disneyland. There should be simpler, clearer direction on it.

I liked all the breakfast choices; mickey waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, fruits (melons, pineapple, apples), cold cereal, muffins, bagels, english muffins, toast. I love that there were restaurants in the same parking lot as the hotel. The hotel was very close to the Toy Story Parking Lot, like literally a 3 minute drive from the hotel, and only that long because of the stoplight. My daughter actually walked home from the parks but it did take a little over 20 minutes. Loved the security of needing your hotel key for elevator access. Super comfortable beds and pillows! Loved the full sized fridge.

The waffle line lived up to the standard chaotic experience as it is at every other self serve waffle line. The family suite only has one giant bathroom that's split in half. The bathroom had one sink and one mirror (not great for six girls, ages 11 and up, to get ready in). The only other mirror outside of the bathroom didn't have plugs by it. There were 2 showers but you had to get to one of the showers through the main bathroom area, which reduced privacy. So sleeping arrangements were awesome but bathroom usage was hard.

- King Family Suite with Bunks - Large fridge in room - Pool, waterpark and Slides - Could see fireworks ☺️ - Clean everywhere! Suite and public facilities (and we are clean freaks so we notice little things) - Beds we're amazing - Cleaning staff came every 3 days and did the most thorough job in the world! - ART stops just out the front and a pass will get you to a huge range of shopping outlets and food and of course Disneyland - Breakfast was hot and always full even when we went down late (as in 20min before cut off) - Evening movies - Staff we're amazing in single every area - Storing luggage on check out as we had a 10pm flight: might sound like not a big deal but we had 4 large suitcases, 4 carry ons and back packs - I felt so bad for the front desk staff even though they didn't bat and eye and smiled the whole time. Don't hesitate to stay here. Read and be prepared for what you need to bring, but or pack. Only you know what your family needs. Having that sorted before we arrived meant that we were able to just enjoy our stay. it was action packed and I feel like I need a holiday from our holiday but that's Disney for you. We spent a couple night chucking some frozen microwave dinner in the microwave because we were to exhausted to head out and been able to chuck a couple of tubs of ice cream in the freezer for the kids was perfect and saved a few dollars. a

- Would benefit from cutlery, plates and glasses/cups in the room but were were prepared for that and packed accordingly. Also take into account that not having these makes the housekeeping staff able to more efficiently do there job and I believe cuts down on nightly cost so wasn't a deal breaker for us in any way.

It was very family friendly. The pool was nice; they hold movie nights at 8pm. We were there to go to disney and the walk was not too bad. Staff was very nice and checking in and out was super easy. Their breakfast was great. They offered a variety of things such as muffins, sausage, eggs, bagels, cereal, mickey waffles, and fruits. Some of the sheets in my room has one or two small stains on it but everything else was clean. We appreciated the security precautions they had such as the key cards for elevators and wristbands for the pool.

Some of the sheets were dirty and the elevator ringing was very loud.

The breakfast was great, especially the Micky Waffles.

I do not recommend the breakfast buffet eggs. They're not inedible, they are just the "powdered" eggs that every breakfast buffet has.
