Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim, an IHG Hotel

It was a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney and the staff was so helpful and friendly! They had a great gift shop (def recommend going there before you head to Disneyland) and their pool was clean (the water park was a little chilly).

It’s an affordable property so there were some wall coverings that were peeling from the wall, etc. These details didn’t affect our trip though. The only slightly annoying thing is that they do charge you $25 a day for amenities and $22 a day for parking separately from your booking. In return they give you $25 vouchers per day for food (breakfast or dinner) that helps you save on food but if you don’t use those then it’s kind of annoying to pay those separate fees. If you don’t use the breakfast vouchers I would recommend using the voucher at dinner and getting the pizza because it was really good!

Everything was great

In the web it said that breakfast was included, if if stay more than 2 nights, but when I went to the restaurant with my family they told me that it wasn't included and I stayed from Friday till sunday.

Very clean. The amenities were well stocked. WE got fresh towels every day. The room was very clean. The temperature was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, smiles mean a lot in this day and age. Every staff member we ran into was warm, friendly and had a smile.

The description of the proximity to Disneyland was a bit misconceived. It stated it was a "short walk" from Disneyland. From the entrance of Disneyland to the hotel was actually quite long, especially at the end of the evening after an eventful day at the park. Maybe an actual mileage descriptor from the hotel to the entrance of Disneyland as opposed to the Disneyland property.

The facility was clean and beds were comfy. They accommodated me at the end of the hallway close to the elevator because I did bring my pet. That was very easy access to let her out. If you don't have a pet, I wouldn't suggest staying at the end of the hallway because you can hear the elevator & ice machine. I'm not at all complaining, it's just a tip for those w/out pets. The stay was perfect, rooms were cleaned every time we requested. Bathrooms & bedding was clean. Breakfast was decent. Gift shop is nice. No complaints.

The only thing I would comment about is the way the shuttle service works from the hotel to Disney, download an app, pay $6. Per day, etc then it has a few stops before getting there. If you're in great shape the walk back from Disney shouldn't be a problem. But after spending all day walking at Disney, the walk back to the hotel seems forever. Just keep in mind that the walk back is torture.

The beds were comfortable, the proximity to Disneyland was great, and the hotel staff were pleasant to work with. The hotel had a pretty good atmosphere as a whole, and despite the proximity to the stairs the room was pretty quiet.

The hotel couldn't honor the deal given by Booking.com. Fortunately, the hotel management was able to work with me so that I got a discounted rate for the stay instead of having to pay the whole price. That being said, I still had to pay an additional $48 after I paid the amount promised by Booking.com. Also, I couldn't find the ice machine on the floor I was staying on.

The building was a bit dated, but the staff was great. It had a lot of amenities and it was about three blocks to Downtown Disney so we were able to walk back and forth for our trip. Very nice gym and a store in the lobby for anything you would need.

Like I said, the building was a little dated and the AC wasn't working at first, but a maintenance person quickly had it going. the jets in the spa didn't come on when I pushed the button.

the location was incredible. close to the park, but quiet and calm—perfect for unwinding after a Disney day. The pool, splash pad, restaurant (kids eat free + daily meal vouchers) + kid friendly vibe was such a welcome treat. we’re adding this property to our list for all future Disney trips.

it would be nice for an updated in-room tv option. free parking would also be nice, but the $20 nightly charge was nothing compared to how great our stay was.

The location, the Disney themes, the staff, the room, the water playground.

It would be great if they have strollers for borrowing or rental. A shuttle dropping off/picking up guests near Harbour blvd will be a plus. Also, the business center had no privacy since it consists of two computers in the front desk which is an area. It would be to move it upstairs, near the conference room.

Clean Room. King size bed. Friendly staff. Fantastic restaurant on site. Walking distance to Disneyland. Our luggage was happily stored for us until our later flight. Late check out available.

Room and bathroom outdated. Didn’t feel overally comfortable. We were close to the back door and there was no safety measure to ensure door was closed and locked which meant anyone could walk in from the street behind the property.

Beds were comfortable and very quiet rooms. Proximity to Downtown Disney and Disneyland was great, walking distance and off a quiet street away from busy streets and highway. Great little store inside near lobby was great! Had breakfast in hotel which was really good and reasonably priced.

Bathroom area too small and facing bed so waking other people in room when using bathroom in the middle of the night because of loud fan and bright light. No hand towel holder near sink.Room could have been a little bigger. Daily charge for parking was unexpected and not mentioned on booking website. $22.00 per day.
