Staybridge Suites Anaheim At The Park, an IHG Hotel

We had some great options for breakfast. The hotel had everything we needed and was walking distance to Disneyland! There were two levels of parking, so you could always find a spot. We didn’t swim, but the pool was warm, even in March!

Too bad parking had a daily fee!

the property is a bit dated in some areas and definitely showing some wear and tear. but the beds were clean and comfy and really the professionalism and happy greetings and attitude of the staff from housekeeping to the front desk was wonderful. We were greeted for breakfast and they made special effort to engage with the kids. they even had a happy hour with food and drinks. The manager of this hotel is to be congratulated on the quality of her staff which directly correlates to the quality of the stay for guests.

some of the wear and tear was obvious, ripped comforter, chair seat worn off etc. but still worth the cost.

Staybridge Suites Anaheim offered a “social hour” Monday - Wednesday night. Light food (which was actually enough to serve as a dinner). Free hot breakfast every morning. The room configuration accommodated my family of 5 comfortably!

I booked this hotel thinking it was closer to Disneyland, that maybe we would have a view of the park, but we did not. We walked there the 1st day and learned the walk took us to the back side. We ended up using an Uber to get us to and from the park. Not a problem with the hotel, I just misunderstood.

close to Disneyland, rooms were clean and well stocked. the staff was incredible, the best hotel staff I’ve seen in all my travels. they were extremely accommodating and helpful and I am extremely grateful, especially to the young woman with short curly hair that wore a beanie. she needs a bonus!

I went to a wedding on a Saturday night and was dropped off a little bit tipsy at the front entrance, alone, but the lobby was closed at midnight, so I had to go around and use the stairs which made me uncomfortable…generally stairwells don’t have cameras.

The room is quite big, quite new, quite clean and quite comfortable. It is extremely close to the Disney Park, with easy access through the free shuttle at the Disney's Parking Garage (Mickey and friends).

The only downside is that you leave the garbage outside the room everyday, therefore, the hallways always smell a bit funky. I think they should think of placing some sealed trashcans on each hallway to avoid this.

I liked the location which was near Disneyland. The kitchen came in handy especially with kids. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. We had the 1 bedroom suite which ended up being an accessible suite, but it worked. The room was spacious, so we had no problem with that.

We asked a worker at the front desk the 3rd morning we were there if they could clean our room because we had run out of tissue, towels and our trashes were full. they said they’d get to it once the housekeepers came in, but when we got back from Disney Park super late that night, our room was just the same. We called front desk and told them about it and came to bring us tissue. The following morning, we went to Santa Monica and came back to a clean room. other than that, everything else was great.

The breakfast was great. Good selection of different things so everyone found something to eat. The location to Disneyland is great, but required a little creativity to get to the shuttle pick up/drop off area. The kitchen was a nice bonus. The Staff worked very hard to keep everything running smoothly.

The hide a bed mattress in one of our rooms was not really a mattress at all. More like a two inch foam pad on a terrible frame. The other room had a real mattress on the hide a bed.

The staff! They were amazing! I know they were short staffed but the rest off the staff worked harder so the clients weren't aware. Extra little treats were offered, like a little welcome bag, and an invitation to a get together the evening we arrived.

The WiFi was a little weak and slow. Other than that, no complaints.

The staff were so friendly from arrival to checkout. I felt very welcome there. I also loved the free washers/dryers they had available and the kitchenette in our bedroom.

There aren’t enough elevators. The two they have are so slow. Additionally, the location was not bad, but it did feel a little far away after a day in the park. I’m grateful that there was a free breakfast available, but it really wasn’t all that great. Some of the mornings, they ran out of food.

The property is AMAZING we have stayed here twice now when visiting Disney. Rooms are a great size and has lots of facilities. The breakfast is unbelievable! The location is perfect. 15 minute walk to the Disney car park where you can get the tram straight to the main entrance of both parks.

The pool is great but seemed a little dirty.
