It was clean and well maintained. The mattress wasn’t hard, it was comfortable (coil springs, not memory foam if that’s important to you) and the light up mirror next to the bed in the King Studio suite was a nice touch. Even the parking lot is nice and I felt safe parking/walking to my car at night with all the lighting and cameras.

I don’t feel there was anything to not like. Even the customer service was great and check in as well as getting the deposit back was a quick process. It was great.

The room was beautiful. Didn't expect it to be as nice as it was. Felt like a 5 star hotel.

Upon check out no one was at the desk. I had a flight to catch. Left the key at the desk and left. The cleaning lady told me to do that. Felt uncomfortable not to close out with someone.

In my 7 years of traveling for work; working as a welder who is always covered in dirt or metal fragments, this inn made me feel like I was the ceo of the company that I work for. The room was phenomenal it just blew my expectations out the door. The spa bath the nice soft bed everything was amazing. I can’t wait to stay here again if I ever get the chance

I stayed there before a few times. One of the last times I left my Dl there somehow. I was tripping out trying to find where I could have left it or dropped it. I went back 2 days later to get a room, and the guy had it. And upgraded my queen to a king room. Great service. The place used to be a rundown apartment complex. Demolished it and built a amazing place. I'll be back. Thanks.

In between Disneyland and DTLA and the Westside. If you are going to LA I believe you are renting a car and don't mind 30+ minutes drives. That said, the rooms are comfortable and with very good amenities.

If you have a disability or very heavy luggage you will have some difficulties.

I really enjoyed the decor. The place looked nice on the inside. I enjoyed the LED mirrors and the space was big. I would definitely return.

The surrounding area is a bit sketchy and the bathroom wasn’t as advertised.

The room was newly renovated and had a very clean bathroom/shower. Included was a refrigerator, microwave, Clothes dryer, an iron and a coffeemaker. The bed was spacious and comfortable, with lots of pillows.

Not enough coffee supplies for people like us who drink coffee at night.

Everything, cleanliness, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly.

Instead of the small bottle shampoos & all maybe invest in dispensers like most fancy hotels have now?

it was absolutely a great atmosphere. the entire set uo was so tranquil! the room had a full fridge and freezer, ironing board, really nice tv 65’ I believe. two full size mirrors one was behind the tv and it was amazing.

one and only downfall was the shower pressure.

It was very clean. Close to food spots and reasonably priced. Also, staff was friendly and have integrity. I left a charger, called over an hour later and it was taken to the main office by the cleaning personnel.

I honestly can't complain.
