Courtyard Long Beach Airport

Next door to a top notch plaza where we got food/drink from Whole Foods. A Starbucks inside and one outside. Easy access to 2 credit union ATMs, variety of restaurant options in very short walking distance. We went to the LB flea market on Sunday and it was about a 2 min drive! 4th St Retro Row about 15 min drive. Felt like we were in a luxurious and spacious room with the King bed, sitting area, and ample closets though we didn’t need them. Bathroom also large and sparkling clean.

It was really comfy and I really loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash installation, I was worried I was gonna get the travel size and finish it up.

I’m not sure, but I’m not rich so maybe a little more less expensive. I’m broke but like I don’t mind getting a room, but like honestly I only got it because it was close to my guy’s torpedo tournament.

The location was excellent !! Less than 10 minutes from The Long Beach Airport and Resturants .. Even Walmart was close. And the Staff was excellent 👌🏾

I would recommend that guest not be charged for parking, but everything is excellent at this location

The hotel its self was nice. It was clean. Plenty of parking. In the middle of a lot of stores, places to eat, the bank and coffee!.

My best friend and I went with our spouses in 1 car but we bith got charged for praking? Wish the pool didn't close so early. Didn't like that I didn't get the room I paid for. The staff didn't make it right just advised me to speak with Management on Monday but didn't provide a name or number.

The staff was nice, it was quiet, it was very clean, smelled good, great location, close to many places banks, grocery stores, Starbucks, the habit burger, clothing stores, etc

I feel you should not be charged for parking, that should automatically come with the price.

My only negative comment is based upon the total lack of cell phone service on my wing and apparently in the majority of the hotel. I had to walk out a side door and walk across the street to find service.

Location was great and felt safe. Hotel was clean and updated. Cell service was not good. My room was near the lobby and was loud with guests at night. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially Princess.

All the staff was friendly. The overall appearance was clean. It was nice and quiet. Nice location Lots of restaurant close by.

The beds could be a little firmer. The jacuzzi was very small and looked a little dirty. There was a family in there which didn’t leave any room for anyone else. The bistro should be open later than 10 on the weekdays. We all need our coffee.

We really liked the bathroom, especially the shower. We liked the size of the room and having a couch to sit on during the down times during our visit. We loved the later check out time so we didn’t have to leave right away.

The bed was a bit hard. The couch wasn’t full length to lay out on. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust fan. Our phone reception was awful due to the proximity of the airport. Even when we used WiFi, we sometimes didn’t receive texts in a timely matter.

when arriving we asked for a handicapped accessible room, none were available so we waited about 45 minutes to see if one would be cleaned and we’re told that a ground floor unit was ready now. we were given breakfast vouchers for our wait.
