Mission Motel

Room was very clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, I was honestly amazed. There was also a microwave which was a nice touch as a lot of model's don't have those. I feel I got what I paid for.

My toilet clogged up randomly and there was only one way in and out of the location which was honestly a hazard with traffic being right there so close.

Very nice stay here. Close to the freeway and public transport if you don't have a car.

Unfortunately I got a room close to the street and it was much noise from there, but that isn't the hotels fault.

This was my third stay at the Mission Motel. My room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff at Mission Motel is kompetent, caring, and professional. Mission Motel is close to the Metro Train Station which was important for me, and a Bus Station is right there at the next Corner Street. I like very much how empathically guests are treated at the Mission Motel. I look forward to my next stay in 2024.

need more improvement especially in amenities, lack of things that you need like iron, hanger for clothes, complimentary water and a lot more

It happened to a rain storm that day. I checked into the room. I noticed that the skylight in the bathroom had rain leaking in. I mentioned that to the front desk and they immediately gave me a different room. They were accommodating and I really appreciated their customer service.

The parking entrance is a 1 car width driveway.

The size of the room is for Huge. Everything was clean. Outside looked nice with all beautiful flowers. Clean as well. Employees were great day and night shift.

TV was not easy to operate, didn't work , and there was a connecting room, really didn't like that , so I put chair in front of it.

I LOVE staying here. It’s not my first time. I used to come here a lot a couple of years ago. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to stay again. It’s the best. The staff is very friendly. It’s a quiet area considering where it’s located. The rooms are pretty big for the prices. I just all around love the place.

I didn't have anything that I didn't like about the property

The place was very quiet. It was very cheap. It was in a good location from where we need to be. And I love the fact that I had two babies and you could not hear their cry outside the room. When you shut the door it was like your own little world. That little refrigerator and microwave where I keep the bottles and I can warm the bottles up. And it was off the road so it would seem like he was in your own little space. We were able to go to the beach and do everything we need and get back on that side of town without any problems. I would greatly recommend staying there again.

I didn't like when you open the door you saw the whole room. There was no privacy whatsoever when you open the door. Also they did not have cribs for the babies. The babies had to sleep with us which was very hard when you have children that aren't used to sleeping with people. Also the parking could get very complicated because the spaces are so tiny. I drive a van and I was told to move my van because I was parked on two parking spaces which I had to maneuver the van to get into a little tiny parking spaces in the first place. But the other alternator was parking on the busy street which I couldn't do with two little small children.

I liked that it was clean and roomy. The staff was great and the room was clean. The staff was attentive in making sure if I had everything I needed.
