Friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable beds, and a cold pool. Great breakfast options. Conveniently located right off the freeway.

Nice , clean room, well equiped , for short term stay with 2 kids sufficient , breakfast offer was ok - eggs , sausages , pancakes and cinamon rolls , fruits as well, swimming pool was refreshing as it is really very hot in Indio. All in all , we were glad to stay in the facility

Wifi was not good - unstable from time to time , the noise from highway was intensive ,on the other hand , the Inn is well located for visiting the Joshua tree national park

Clean, comfortable room after they moved me the following morning and very accommodating staff. The restaurant Ruth (front desk) recommended for take out dinner was exceptionally delicious!

The entire hotel is listed as non smoking, however when I arrived near midnight, and opened the door to the room, I was greeted by a smoking room. I am allergic to smoke. The hotel was completely full and they were unable to move me that evening, however they did move me to a ground floor room the following morning. The rest of the stay was wonderful.

The property was clean, felt safe, and convenient for what I was looking for . The rooms were clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable

The distance from where essential things were was, in my opinion, were a bit out of the way. There is nothing surrounding or near by if you need to grab something to eat. The only thing near is the casino

I had to leave prior to the breakfast being put out but there were fresh bananas and I had one of those.

The TV channel selection was decent but being a "cord cutter" I am used to watching streaming or "Smart TV" services with things like being able to log into my Netflix or YouTube account and watching programming specific to me.

nice clean & very comfortable bed & pillows very nice & polite workers. very convenient location right next to the I-10 easy off & on East or West depending on your direction of travel

I’m a truck driver & there’s no big truck parking unless you park down the street in the Casino parking lot not all trucks come with sleeper beds so I’m always staying in hotel & it can be very difficult to find parking for big trucks

Clean room, comfortable beds, breakfast have many options, staff are very friendly, bathroom toiletries were awesome!! First time that I didn't have to use my own items.

Ac was not cooling enough, but we were able to sleep through the night, I mentioned to the staff and they will look into it

Located close to the event we attend, seemed safe and quick to get the performance. Convenient access to the freeway and convenient services.

We arrived early as quoted, and we didn’t get a were told that we had to come back because are rooms were not ready as promised they clear needed more staff to keep up with the customers needs. They were completely booked and no room available.

Staff/Room friendly and clean

Pool was a disaster, handicap lift inoperable chair in water and cracked. Tile had calcium build up with algae/ mold. Water was pretty green in color, what you would expect with kids in pool all day and not using the provided bathroom.

The facility itself was nice. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable.

The room we were in had a very loud air conditioning unit that sounded like a semi truck, kept waking us up throughout the night. Other than the loud unit, room was very nice and comfy. The location was a little questionable. We came back late at night and had to park on the side of the hotel. Some questionable people were out in the parking lot. Did not feel comfortable and safe.
