Best Western Plus Palm Desert Resort

The breakfast was excellent. Made to order eggs with bacon or sausage and hash browns and fresh pancakes. The was fresh fruit and yogurt and toast. The location was nice and central to everything we wanted to do. You could tell the property was older but well maintained for the most part. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a courtyard view and could see the pool and the mountains.

The door to our room needed to be adjusted because it was rubbing the door frame, and you had to put some pressure behind it to open or close it. The air conditioner was a mini-split unit that was new and worked well but was operated by a remote control that was not easy to use/control.

Breakfast was exceptional. The entire hotel staff was excellent, the room was immaculate and the cooks at breakfast we very accommodating.

The location of the room. Since the hotel had many vacancies, putting a guest in a room, 330, that other guests could see into from the corridor as they walked by, is unexplainable. When you have a guest that is staying for five days, and your hotel and you have many vacancies, it seems to me that you would want to encourage your guest to return by by paying more attention to where you place them.

I have stayed here many times. It is my partner and I place to stay. We prefer this over Marriott, Esmeralda, and Hyatt. We like simple and the friendly staff. Amazing AC and bed and pillows offer many to meet all back and neck issues. The bonus is best breakfast in town! I grew up here and would come here for breakfast over any othe restaurant in town! They have diabetic, heart and health conscious foods and I am very grateful for this. It’s hard to find places to eat at. Thank you for putting your customers need and safety first. Best hotel in all of Palm Desert this is the diamond in the rough!

I have nothing to say that needs improvement.

I must say I really enjoyed my stay this time it was comfortable it was quiet on the third floor and I'm looking forward to staying once again. I liked the breakfast it was very filling and the environment was just very nice and decent. I have to say, I LOVE those pillows, I haveto get me one of those..They are sooo nice good for my neck, I slept like a baby...😀

The only thing I did have to say and comment about is that it was very cold because we are in winter season and there's no heat so the cooler I put it to 82 it kind of somewhat helped but not really..Ofcourse, it was a cooler...I knew that. But, no heat...And, the aftershock ..But, other than that it was nice...

The location is perfect, right at the palm desert main road. Supermarket and restaurants in walking distance and about 20 minutes drive to joshua tree park south entrance. The staff was great, really nice lady’s! I arrived early and let me check inn with no issue’s

The room is a little dark and the bed had gotten very soft like there was a ditch in the mattress both of them had it. The price is a little too much, one of the most expensive hotels i stayed at during my trip and it was not the best one.

Everything was great with our stay except two things, the room was clean, there was great hospitality, and the food was impeccable, you have a very good chef.

The only two things we didn't like about the stay, was the fact that the electricity kept going out on the left side of the room every time we ironed our clothes. We had to call so many times to have the breaker reset. After awhile we just started turning the air conditioner off when we ironed, that was the only way the breaker would not trip. This was definitely a big problem. Also the elevator was very hot, you should have air conditioning in the elevator.

The property is well maintained and the room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good, self serve coffee available along with a cappucino machine. Plenty of parking. Location is close to shopping and dining.

There was some kind of constant hum coming from the next room -- possibly a noisy refrigerator or a/c unit. The occupants were also having a loud party. We had a connecting door, and the walls didn't seem to be well insulated, so overall it was annoying. We were afforded a 10% discount for the inconvenience.

The staff were really nice. Delicious breakfast cooked to order cannot say enough about that. All the maids were very cheerful and always friendly. We asked for extra towels and they gave us a whole new set. Room was very large. Room was clean just wished the bed wasn't so hard. Hotel is in a great location. We will certainly stay there again but hope the jacuzzi is fixed.

The bed was hard and the jacuzzi did not work. Only 2 jets worked and it was like warm bathwater.

It was a pretty pleasant experience for us. Nice location, very delicious breakfast 😋 Always clean room, nice coffee machine in the room is a pretty good bonus. Swimming pool is very clean and hot tub was pretty nice. It was a stay of a great value. Friendly and professional stuff at the frontdesk.

first day the cook was pretty rude with us, but the next day he was better. There was a little bit loud at the swimming pool area because of the leaf blowers.

Everything about the hotel was great, we were going to Coachella festival and s shuttle stop was right across the road aswell as places to eat and a supermarket. The breakfast included was excellent, great choice all fresh and exceptionally clean. As was the room. We would like to particularly thank the staff member who offered to drive us to the JW marriott Hotel when we couldn't get a taxi, if it wasn't for him we would have missed our bus back to LA and it would have been a nightmare for us to get back. He offered out of kindness and it really meant a lot to us, we were so stressed we never caught his name but thank you again!
