The breakfast was good

Was in the city one night early than expected . I think $250.00 was a bit pricy but at 10:30 pm and no reservation in advance I was just happy to have a place to stay....The desk people were great....Rooms were comfortable and clean..Thank you

This is a clean and convenient facility. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Staff is helpful. Pool and jacuzzi are comfortable, but the Hoyer lifts in the pools are not currently working. The included morning breakfast is very nice - Scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and a variety of breads, cereals, and yogurt.

I personally think that this is a very good hotel especially for the price I've been paying I keep having to add onto my reservation and they make doing that so simple and easy unlike other hotels because I book through a third party other hotels make it a nightmare when adding to my stay!!!

2 things first there were NO vending machines on any of the floors, second it's $2.00 to wash your clothes and another $2.00 to dry them that's expensive compared to other hotels and they didn't even get my clothes all the way clean I had to re wash them in the tub

Convenient central locations for meeting local friends during our stay. Room was large well appointed for the price range hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breeakfast was good.

we did experience some faint noise because of the proximity of the property to I-10 and the railroad. It was only very minor, and did not cause cause us to lose sleep, etc. I only mention it because this survey seems to require an entry here.

The staff at the front desk, Nancy, was very helpful. I booked 2 rooms today, and prepaid both rooms. Booking.com pm;y cleared 1 room, Nancy is working on it to clear the 2nd room.

Very nice hotel, quiet at night & clean. The beds were so comfy! We didn’t swim but we checked out the pool area. Very clean and had great loungers. Breakfast was good and plentiful to get our day started. Lots of choice, juices etc. One note however, get some legs under that coffee! I don’t drink strong coffee but that was WEAK!! Star if the show? NANCY! So helpful, smart and sparkling personality! Loved her.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating given our late arrival especially. The beds were comfortable and the location was one of the few to accommodate 3 separate adult beds in one unit with good insulation in the walls. We all slept wonderfully and the breakfast was hot and plentiful.

Needed a king size bed thought I had ordered one but they did not have any available

Pricing is based on events in the area so you pay for more than you get if its that time

The bed, pillows, and bedding were very comfortable. The room furnishings were set up nicely. The shower was nice and strong. The best part was the warm and helpful staff.

The breakfast scrambled eggs were like small pellets.
