Really nice staff at check-in. Staff helped me with EV charging station (they had 3 ChargePoint chargers). Room was really clean. Toiletries in the room were high quality. Facilities felt new and up to date. Coffee and tea available 24hrs. There was security on-site which was nice since I checked-in after mid-night.

Very good modern hotel, perfect for a stop over on a long journey. Helpful, welcoming staff, comfortable bed and clean room. The hotel communal area was bright and comfortable and there were plenty of restaurant options within walking distance or a short drive. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

that there’s no pool! my stay was a one night luckily I didn’t stay for long and didn’t bring my kids like I planned. The reason for my stay it was do to a party event and I was thinking in bringing my kids and they were going to stay in the hotel to use the pool but I was glad they didn’t come. the hotel is nice I liked it but I’m not sure if I would stay here again because there’s no pool… it’s a bummer because Lathrop gets very hot in the summer.

That the front fest worked so hard to resolve the problem of the booking through your site was not showing and figuring out how to get us into the room as quickly as possible.

That your website wasn’t working with theirs and it made it difficult to check in

The location for this hotel is excellent. Nearest to nearby food options. Room was clean and shower was excellent. Price point super reasonable. I would stay here again. Thank you!

The traffic close by was noisy. I could hear it from my room. Not much that can be done for folks who drive fast. I should have brought earplugs.

it was in a beautiful location easy to get too. Also lots of good food choices!

my bathroom walls where not as cleaned. you could tell there was stuff on the walls. also staff didn’t greet so I felt like I wasn’t welcomed. also felt like I was breaking in every time I walked to the front door. so I started to use the side door.

The breakfast was good most things I liked. The location I like the most, not too far from work and traffic was good.

I’m a light sleeper the room above walked like a bull at midnight for about 1hr. I get up early 3:30

Free and plentiful parking. Staff polite, efficient and accommodating. The hotel and my room were clean and comfortable. Situated just close enough near the 5 Freeway to be convenient, not noisy.

What I like most about my stay was the cleanest of the hotel and friendly staff. Another bonus was their open breakfast bar. Being that I have three kids this saved me a lot of money.

Cleanliness

Our first day nobody cleaned our room. I was t sure if I had to tell them to clean but I removed the sign so they know that nobody is in there.
