Hampton Inn Tracy

Kayla was working when we checked in. We’ve been to many hotels, and she was quite possibly the friendliest, kindest, most accommodating and helpful front desk receptionist that has ever checked us in.

My daughter and I are both vegan. We would have really loved it if the hotel would have had a dairy free milk alternative for our coffee in the morning. But not too much of a big deal since there is a target within walking distance.

The sofa was comfortable, as was the bed. The work desk was adequate and functional. It's very convenient to have in-room coffee and mini fridge. The bathroom was very clean, good quality and large bottles of soap, shampoo, etc. The shower was awesome. Friendly staff and easy check-in process. Good location and value. Late 12 pm check-out was really appreciated so I could get more work done before needing to depart. Will definitely stay again!

The cleanliness and eventhough my room was near the entrance of the highway I didn’t hear the noise of the cars so very peaceful

Some of our covers were dirty so we had to called for clean ones. So maybe more attention when it comes to the cleaning of the bed sheets for stains of make up or blood

Kayla was beyond helpful! Her customer service was on point at check in! She greeted immediately and held the most pleasant conversation while checking in.

upgrade your in room coffee makers and the morning staff could use a little work on friendliness and customer service. It was more important to talk to each other than say hi to guests in lobby or “serve” breakfast…

Clean rooms. Excellent hospitality from staff. Kids loved the idea of a "mystery box" breakfast and it was a great way to at least give me time to have coffee and nicotine before they were trying to destroy eachother lol. This pandemic has put a lot of stain on alot of businesses, but it was awesome to see the staff at this local location making the best out of a challenging time. Shout out to Alexis, Danielle and Sophia-thanks for making my job as a single mom just a smidge easier during my stay ladies 🤗

Coffee being available just a little bit longer lol. Otherwise, the staff at this location are doing an amazing job keeping us comfortable during these Pandemic times! Keep up the great work for our community!

The front desk lady who checked us in was incredibly friendly & welcoming.

The beds were really noisy when you leaned up against them or turned in bed. Normally we wouldn’t have cared, but we had our small children sleeping and it woke them up a couple of times.

The staff was very friend and the breakfast was great! The location is right by everything you need

The location was great. Gave us options for food and necessities while traveling with children. Breakfast was appreciated even during covid. Could go without the boiled eggs. Maybe substitute it with something else. My kids enjoyed the muffins. The room was very clean, I even brought all my disinfectant supplies and was surprised to not find any dirt. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We definitely will be back as we have family in Tracy.

Wish covid didn't ruin the amenities use and hot breakfast. But we get it.

Staff were super friendly, room was good, and included breakfast was good (except the coffee was a little meh). Good amount of useful facilities, too.

Not much choice for hotels in Tracy so this isn't the hotel's fault but it's almost overkill for what is usually a stopover town (unless you're here for a long time!)

I paid on my way via booking.com but I showed up and it didn’t show on the reservation that I had paid already, so I had to pay again.
