Staff was great.

Everything was wonderful. I had to check out early because my rental car got vandalized a block away from the hotel. I was hoping that the manager would reimbursed me for the night that I didn’t stay. I had no place to secure SUV…window in the back was completely broken. Hope to hear from somebody with hotel. Thank you

Location is great. We have family in Tracy, so it is convenient when visiting them.

The kids'favorite thing was the "bagged" breakfast (during Covid), which included muffin, apple orange juice box and bottle of water. They were NOT interested in the current breakfast.

Check-in was easy and fast. Our room was really close to the lobby. The bathroom was clean. Plenty of hot water. Nice office chair at the desk. Had a fridge, coffee maker and microwave (only used the fridge though). Checkout was also easy and fast and got my deposit back within probably 5 minutes. Also, smoke free environment, which was really nice.

The floor was really dirty, except for the bathroom. I'm not used to wearing shoes indoors. So after just a few minutes, I had to wash my feet and put my shoes back on. Also, the pillows were really lumpy and hard to sleep on.

The room was clean and far from noise caused by elevator traffic. Loved the coffee in the breakfast area; didn't partake of room coffee items. Enjoyed the "brown-bag" breakfast in the dining area of the lobby.

We could not get the television to work. Contacted desk clerk for help but he was unable to assist. The clock radio did not work and we could not set the time and/or alarm. Air conditioner was set at a temperature that could not be adjusted and the room was hot.

Comfy bed & pillows, staff was quick to help & very helpful, nice breakfast. AMAZING sunset view of the hills from my westside room with a wide cushioned window seat, also could enjoy from bed.

Renovating 1/2 the hotel so elevator was out of order.

comfy beds, nice shower and bath. Coffee in room, plus in lobby. The morning food items had a nice selection of items.

We had a small problem with our air conditioner, but it was resolved pretty fast.

The room was a nice size, however, not equipped for my disable daughter and sister. Breakfast was so so , however, the coffee and juices were great. Bagels but no cream cheese.

Not enough handicapped room or toliet seat extenders for guest with handicapped needs.

Staff was amazingly professional and offered exceptional service. What a well kept property as I may also mention, the check in process was very efficient and timely. I wouldn definitely recommend! God Bless.

The hospitality, the staff was above and beyond they're duty. I really enjoyed my stay. They make a pleasant environment. I would recommend to friends.

The beds are too high off the floor. My roommate kept falling out of bed. She kept dropping things off the bed because it was so high.

Convenient

The people in room 202, next to our room, were very noisy. On the last 2 nights of our stay (6-12 & 6-13) they were LOUD until midnight.
