Dresden B & B0

Dresden was a brilliant host. She was in when I arrived from the airport, and showed me around the house. I had keys to come and go, and felt very safe and secure in the area. Only a couple of blocks from the Walk of Fame, but far enough away. There is a supermarket and plenty of places to eat nearby. The bed was very comfortable, with memory foam pillows. Plenty of quiet, outdoor space in the garden to sit and eat, and relax in the pool. Dresden is full of information on the area too, and has a few stories to tell. I'd recommend to anyone.

Dresden was lovely, and so welcoming. She was keen to make sure I make the most of my few days in town and was also kind enough to invite me along to her plans, which I took her up on on the first night, great fun! The house is located down a lovely quiet road, in a great location in West Hollywood. The bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in for quite some time, so a really good nights sleep throughout.

Nothing I didn't like. Some may expect a breakfast with a B&B, so just be aware of that when booking as there isn't any provided. There was always ground coffee in the coffee machine each morning, however, ready for you to flick the switch.

I stayed three nights in Dresden's B&B in early April 2022. It was a very good experience. Dresden is very nice and caring and also stay in the house (and during my stay also Joe was staying in the house for a longer rent; the three of us had joyful discussions every morning and evening). If you need information about LA such as attractions, museums, hiking and shopping she is there to help you. She is a long time LA expert, her husbound even got a street named after him! The bed in the room was comfortable, the bathroom is just outside the room, you can use the refrigerator. On the backside of the house there is a pool and a patio to enjoy the evening sun. I came from Union station and realized it was very easy to get to the house. Red Metro line (B) to Hollywood Highland station. Go up on the street and bus 217 go there every 30 minutes and will take you to a stop close the Dresden's B&B. The house is located between Hollywood bouleward and Sunset bouleward. A very good spot for exploring LA. Down the street you have Sunset Blvd five minutes away by walking. Down there find a good thai restaurant (Toi on Sunset), Sunset Grill Hollywood and many other restaurants. Nearby on Sunset is also a good Ralph's Supermarket. If you want to do hiking Runyon Canyou is just up the hill a few blocks away. If you are interested in music from the 60s and 70s you may want to see Laurel Canyou. 30 minutes walking away is the Canyon Country Store. I can strongly recommend Dresden's B&B if you like that type of accomodation when travelling.

The bathroom is outside the bedroom, but it is not shared with others.

Breakfast: an expanded continental breakfast: bread or toast, coffee, yoghurt, with honey or preserves. Location: Centrally located (1) to go by bus to Westwood/Hammer Museum; (2) by buses (one transfer) or walk (long three miles but pleasant enough to the new Academy Museum of Moving Pictures; and (3) by walking to Hollywood and Highland metro, taking it to Hollywood North, and then from there to Warner Studio tour.

Everything was fine. Hostess was interested in what I was doing, but not intrusive.

The Location is perfect, close to the Walk of Fame but still in a quiet street. My host was very helpful regarding tips for restaurants and also adjusted the aircondition for me ;-) It was so much better than staying in another hotel, there is even a pool and I had my breakfast in the beautiful garden! I will definitey stay there again if I return to Los Angeles one day.

It is such a beautiful house with a beautiful garden, very close to the entrance of Runyon canyon park. Dresden - the owner of the Bed & Bath - is lovely. It was my second time in this B & B in West Hollywood and I am sure, that I will come again.

Dresden was really hospitable and ready to assist on everything we wanted. Really insightful information about the city and she was giving us tips everyday that made out planning much smoother. Definitely will be going back.

Lovely B&B in Hollywood, very nice and helpful owner. She stayed up although I arrived very late. The next metro station isn't far away and there are various bus connections too. Hence, it's not a problem if you don't have a car. I can definitely recommend Dresden's place :)

Dresden was an amazing host the breakfast and tea was a great addition as well. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location is perfect very accessible to good spots in West Hollywood. Her neighborhood was also very lovely. Dresden neighbors came over and chatted it up while I was there.

I have zero complaints to be honest.

Dresden is one Amazing & Charming Hostess. She was there for me Whenever I needed her. Her House is Squeaky Clean. I couldn't have asked for a Better B & B. Thank you Dresden, hoping to come back again 🙏🙌
