very clean and decent. location is great. it is close to all locations (20-30 mins drive to Long Beach, Santa Monica, downtown LA, Holywood - when there is no traffic). room service came in every day to do our room. free parking on location.

The lady to check us in the first night was wonderful, cordial, friendly and had a wonderful smile.
Next day.. we asked the other lady if we could book an another night because we were attending a funeral wasn’t as pleasant, cordial and didn’t smile a single time. So we decided to drive back to Las Vegas.

One of the elevator doors shook when the door closed and I reported the issue to staff and they submitted a repair request right away.

The day we arrived the reception and security guard were so rude and unpleasant to talk to. She was really unprofessional and so judgmental. The next day we were greeted by the head manager of the hotel and it changed our view on the hotel. He was really friendly and so easy to work with. He made sure to met our needs as we were traveling with my daughters service dog. The security guard from that morning was so amazing and made us feel safe and welcome. The housekeeping staff was amazing with keeping things clean during this time of Covid-19. Over an amazing hotel expect for the receptions that greeted us the 1st night.
For the one receptionist to learn better costumer services. Yelling at paying costumer is not necessary.

The hotel is very secure... and provides all the privacy we need. There are no shortage of parking spaces. Breakfast is awesome.
The App I used to pay for these 2 rooms charged me double... so Booking.com to me is a rip off.

Very good location not far from many places and attractions! It's very quiet and the breakfast is a plus! They also had friendly staff.
I saw a few ants in my room on the desk but couldn't tell where they were coming from.

We loved the king bed it was sooo comfortable and the room was soo clean the food was delish we definitely will be coming back the staff was very nice 😊
