The front desk staff was always very helpful and accommodating. The GM Samir was very approachable and kind. Overall good experience.

The price and quality was a shock compared to the next BW I stayed at in Arroyo. I spent a lot of money at the MV location while it met my needs staff was nice the rooms were very dated compared to the arroyo location. The quality was very opposite. I paid less at arroyo also which was incredible fog what I got, it was almost resort like. With that being said, I felt BW was a good choice especially for someone traveling alone.

.I enjoyed the size of the room and everything else the staff was nice and i enjoyed breakfast every morning. Everything is near by and convenient. Ty was really nice and welcoming. I believe that's her name I asked where the ketchup was and she helped me and asked about my stay.

The toilet made noise. at night was when I noticed it more. And our room door had to be shut hard in order for the door not to open one time we came back and our door was open no one was in it but it was probably really windy. I did enjoy everything else everyone was nice

Very nice staff and super accommodating. The location was central and easy to get to places. The room was large for two beds and the appointments were good. The shower was EXCELLENT! Breakfast was included and was really good!!

The room was a little old in decor and could use a refresh, but not like 80's old. The room was a bit musty smelling though not bad enough to be a problem.

Ray was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we were checking in. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed that there was a Carl's Jr. directly across the street. There were many options for breakfast and the food was good.

We were sad the hot tub was not set up for use.

The bed, pillows and shower. Enjoyed breakfasts except when only sausage was offered instead of choice of bacon.

No phone service and poor cellular reception; loose sink fixtures, closet should've been deeper. No dresser or luggage stands

I stayed here mainly because of the location and the price. It was comfortable, with everything I needed, and the staff members were pleasant.

The complimentary breakfast was good, but there was too much single-use plastic.

a little dirty (garbage box wasn't empty when I checked in) noise from next room (I think rooms are connected just by a single door)

Staff was helpful but they didn't have any extra bedsheets or pillows which is a bit poor. Travelling with kids is not ideal as they can tend to soil thr bed and the hotel has no extra bedsheets

Cafeteria details, the coffee and hot chocolate always for you Helpful people in reception Quick solution of problems (cleaning or a problem with the shower).

One night, a couple doing sounds, another night people talking strong. Maybe ask visitors to respect others. The pool was not in use, even with timetable =(

Friendly service people, free hot breakfast and nice king size bed room.
