Tri-Valley Inn & Suites

The room was very clean. Friends staying in other accommodations in the area have been greatly disappointed. If there was a guide for the Cable TV, I never found it on the remote or elsewhere.

Some sort of continental breakfast, ie: sweet rolls, fruit juice, cereal, etc., would be an attractive bonus. The mattress was lumpy, durability doesn't equate to comfort. The shower, though clean was small (trailer size). I'm not a large person but It was hard to wash my feet and when getting in, it was slippery until the bottoms of your feet were clean. Adding a grab bar would be a great help.

very easy to find, and a convenient location. Stores and my family are close by. Quiet area even though it’s on a main street. The little kitchenette was a nice touch, but nothing is provided for one or two people to use it. I had to go to the store to get a bowl and silverware and coffee cup. The little coffee pot provided was the old style that needed a filter cone. The little refrigerator was just right for the kitchenette. I only used the microwave a little bit, and did not use the little stove. I will definitely use this property again.

The telephone ring at odd hours of the night with nobody on the line. when I mentioned it to the manager at checkout, he said the room next-door had reported the same problem.

The location is perfect for access to old downtown, the hospital and freeways. The pool was clean and the grounds neatly manicured. Housekeeping was attentive and friendly. I traveled for medical reasons, and I needed to add days to my stay as the week progressed, there were no problems adding days to my stay. Two nights ended up being eight!

Don't plan on a lobby with coffee or mini breakfast. There is coffee/fridge/microwave in room so pack accordingly. The desk wasn't always attended for phone calls or visits but anyone on the grounds would get help promptly.

Comfortable and clean and good location

When we went out to the swimming pool there was a little girl taking a scuba diving class and we were not allowed to swim. The people at the pool at the time told us we couldn't use the pool until later about 5 minutes. Not a long but I should not have had to wait as I paid to be there and the reason I chose this site was because of the pool. I was given some silly answer as why they could be there, something about it was after hours. Which it wasn't. It was still light outside.

An above average assortment of amenities, thought it was a junior suite. Separate dining area with sink stove, refrigerator and coffee maker and microwave.

Walls were a little thin as I could hear people talking and laughing until past 11:00 PM. one person working the desk seemed disinterested in veong of assistance. Took my key upon checkout and did offer a receipt or say anything. Just returned to her phone.

This is my "go to" hotel when I am in California. Have stayed there several times and will no doubt return. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Not fancy but clean and more than adequate and all rooms are on the first (and only) floor. WM down the street as well as a Safeway, 7/11, and bagel joint two blocks away. Also easy access to the 580 freeway. Rooms come with a fridge and microwave.

They used to provide rolls and cereal but apparently quit due to Covid. Still provide decent coffee, juice, and ice,

The room was a tad small, but very clean and comfortable. The shower was small but the water was nice and hot, for both our showers. The pool looked refreshing, however, we did not go in. The hotel is very close to restaurants and a couple of breweries.

Really, there is nothing to dislike; we I would stay there again.

This is an INCREDIBLY clean, comfortable and cheery motel. Everything is perfect: from the way the rooms are decorated, to the bed, to the internet, to the TV -- and to the location (it's next to a small mall and right next door to an Indian restaurant). I can't praise it enough.

I have zero complaints. Yes they don't offer breakfast but they're very close to many restaurants big and small and Starbucks is nearby.

The room was neat, welcoming and the surrounding area was quiet. It was very assuring that the room look similar to the photos. I would stay here again if had the chance. Location is great, close to downtown.

The floors could have been sweep a bit. There was animal hair picked up on the bottom of my socks from the floor. We dont have pets.

I didn't see any breakfast - only an excellent coffee machine. Room was clean and updated.

It would have been nice to have a dresser to unpack my clothes into ... I dislike living out of a suitcase so used the unused side of the bed as my dresser.
