sadly we arrived during a water polo convention and so the hotel was a little noisy. add to that a crying baby across the hall and i was glad it was a one night stay. a nice boutique hotel.
lack of places to eat that served American food other than Applebees right next door. no breakfast other than a menu with two items you could pay for. there is one entrance to this hotel through the front only. three parking places for handicapped meant parking elsewhere with the only entrance trough the front. Entire city seems obsessed with Covid masks well into 2022. come on people if you are that worried about it wrap yourselves in bubble wrap and stay home.

I loved the location, across the street from markets, restaurants and the gas station. I felt safe knowing my room entrance was inside the hallway. The premises was kept up wonderfully. Staff was awesome and helpful with my questions. The room was quiet even though it was facing the parking lot.

Incredibly friendly and hospitable staff. Ryan at the front desk was particularly helpful when I had questions about nearby food options, had a great conversation! Room was spacious, modern, and clean. Easy check in and check out. I like the ability to reserve the gym ahead of time. I reserved twice. Has all the free weights and cardio machines you need. The Japanese plaza across the street is a big plus. Has a Mitsuwa Grocery Store, Paris Baguette, Daiso, Curry Life, Boba Tea, Coffee, Sushi Restaurant, and lots more. Highly recommended.

Nice pool area and friendly, helpful staff. Walkable to some restaurants and the Japanese grocery across the street.
The Aloft was fine. The "boutique hotel" is sort of a very nice motel, but that's not a problem. The only problem we had was that the volume on the TV in our room wasn't loud enough, but I expect that was a one-off situation. Bottom line: we enjoyed our stay and would stay again without question.

Hello! You know there was no breakfast All staff members were singularity focused on “masks “.
To begin, the front door was locked. Someone had to come open the door, and not say “welcome “ instead the greeting was “you need to wear a mask”. During checking in we were the only people in the lobby, were separated six or more feet by counter and desk, and were separated by a plexiglass divider. I lowered my mask to answer questions and was immediately instructed to replace it. Upon our leaving, we were again the only people in the lobby, hands full of belongings and pulling luggage, separated by about fifteen feet, your last remarks were “hey, put your masks on”. Our lasting impression was not our stay but an insane policing of stupid COVID regulations.

The room was very nice and spacious. Facilities such as an exceptionally big fitness room, nice pool, a bar with a kind bartender, a pool table, games to play, and a pleasant lobby gave us a lot to do.
The bed sheet seemed too small as it would keep coming off.
