House Keeping People were exceptional Front desk People were awesome. Grounds were kept very clean. I felt safe.

The walls were almost paper thin. I could hear my neighbors wrestling channel for hours and hours. The person upstairs walked, or thudded from 11 pm to 1 am nightly. Could hear neighbors flushing toilets, taking showers. We did get used to the noises after a few days/nights. People walking and talking down the hall was like they were in the room.

The rooms are renovated very nicely - kind of 60s-70s style, with a vacation vibe. The desk is a good size with a comfortable chair and one can work there very conveniently. The pool area is very nice and is really fun to sit there and relax, the pool itself is bigger than most in such hotels - you can really have fun there for a few hours. Also, if weather permits, you can have your breakfast by the pool.

Breakfast buffet was limited. For example, on Sunday, they had scrambled eggs and cream cheese but they didn't have this on Monday (only boiled eggs, no cream cheese). Instead of the scrambled egg, they had pancakes that seemed a bit over cooked

Great hotel, fun colors, very nice saltwater pool. It was quiet. Our kid enjoyed all the color and we enjoyed the safety and cleanliness. The staff did a wonderful job of cleaning our room and were super friendly in every situation.

The breakfast was okay. Wish there was a couple different milks to use and individual cups of yogurt might have been easier. Our bed was really worn on one side so my husband and I switched sides after the first night. The bathrooms are a little on the small size, but everything functioned fine.

The pool and hot tub were obviously the highlight, rooms were clean and good indian food in the neighborhood

The bed was a little too soft, sagged to the middle a bit but in general we slept well

I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The hotel maintained a remarkable level of cleanliness while offering exceptional value for the price. However, what truly stood out was the outstanding service provided by R.J., the receptionist. From the moment I arrived, his genuine friendliness and impeccable service set the tone for my entire visit. His attention to detail and warm demeanor truly enhanced my experience. I wholeheartedly commend R.J. for going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

The room and bathroom were very, very clean! So pleased with the housekeeping. The beds were comfy, sheets were soft, pillows were good. Nice neighborhood - lots of stores were accessible. Front desk staff upon check-in was super! Breakfast was alright. A bit basic but it served its purpose. Coffee was really good.

Compli water in the rooms would have been great :)

Location in the heart of Silicon Valley is perfect. Walking distrance from restaurants we love. Easy commute to business meetings. Close to Electric charging stations!

Breakfast choices poor for vegans. Noisy gate bangs every time someone enters (building 2). Room was not cleaned one out of 3 days.

The staff was very nice and the concept of tropical was done well..we live in Hawaii and I felt at home! The price of the hotel was great, which made up for some of the other lower experiences. I enjoyed the fact that wine was available for purchase and the staff gave us free bottles of water a few times.

I liked the pool, but the hot tub was green. Also, I guess due to COVID breakfast was just a little take away meal. There were not very many options for food in the area, so a breakfast would have been nice. (We had to walk the first day as rental cars were at a premium at the airport) The weight room was missing weights under 15 pounds and the excercise bike is not working very well. But, hey, for $100 a night, I can't complain, too hard!

1980's Retro Hawaiian charm. Lots of beautiful plants and palms. Swimming pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Super friendly and responsive staff. They all went above and beyond, especially Shay.

hotel room doors don't seal properly and close loudly, so it was very easy to hear what was going on as people were coming and going from their rooms. Extremely bouncy beds, but comfy. Breakfast was way below average for a 4-star hotel.

I have been going to this place for decades now and I still love it. I took a room this time on the ground floor and there was quite a bit of noise in the parking lot just outside the room’s window but I did get to sleep despite it. This is a relaxing, wonderful motel. They don’t have the free breakfast right now in the pandemic but they adjusted the nightly rate down to reflect that. I will continue to come here when we visit family in the area.

There was more noise this time but taking a room on the second floor or an inside room would obviate that problem.
