Best Western Plus Inn Scotts Valley

The room was super clean and quiet. Great location too. Breakfast was great. I don't eat a lot for breakfast but I had apples, yogurt and tea. They had other choices for people that like bigger breakfast, like eggs, waffles, breads etc. Staff was super friendly too and the price was super reasonable.

It was cold in Scotts Valley. I turned on the heated but before the heated kicked in, I felt a super cold air. I don't know if it's just that the air outside was cold. But the heater was working. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very nice and ready to help. The facilities were in good condition and comfortable. The breakfast is good. There is always parking available. It was nice to have a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.

It was not possible to open the window so I could not get fresh air in the room without using the AC machine. The AC machine in my room was very noisy.

good location in Scott’s Valley. great for stop from San Fransisco to Santa Cruz or viz versa. pool area seemed clean so far although hot tub needs some check up (lot of stains on the ground). rooms were clean. breakfast available but standard American breakfast which we don’t like at all

when checking in into our room all the housekeeping rooms were open and one got to a glimpse in the organization of housekeeping. looked rather unorganized and dirty though. didn’t like the look but own room seemed clean

I thought the rooms were very comfortable and everything felt clean. The people at check in were very friendly and helpful. We would likely stay there again.

The parking lot was really tight and hard to get in and out of. There was only one (tiny) trashcan in the whole room, there should have been a larger one in the main living area. The continental breakfast was lacking necessities by the time we got there and the person who was running it didn't know where things were (utensils, hot water, extra supplies).

Great hotel 10-15 minutes away from Santa Cruz. Very nice area and quiet. Comfortable beds, clean room, and staff was great! I compared the expensive 2-3 star hotels in Santa Cruz and the negative reviews they had, we preferred to look around close by. This was a great choice! We would definitely return to this hotel!

Tight parking; however, we always found parking. Compared to how great the hotel was, this was very minimal.

Rooms were spacious, clean, heater worked great, big screen tv, hot shower and beds were cozy! The hot tub was also fabulous! The location was great, although busy, it wasn’t as packed as Santa Cruz or Capitola and there are good restaurants nearby! But only a 10 min drive to the beach.

The breakfast was terrible. The eggs were made of something funky, not egg tasting, sausages were raw looking and the potatoes tasted days old. Bagels and bread were stale. But the coffee was good! Other than that, no complaints. 😁

This is a great location to Santa Cruz, ocean, roaring camp railroad and Capitola. Very friendly staff. Overall facility was clean & comfortable.

I think this place is a little too expensive for what you get. Facilities were a little run down. A few hazardous step need attention! (colored strip so they don’t blend in; step dad almost fell down (see photo(s)). “Buffet” was not very good (fruit was rotten looking).

There was a good breakfast and it was close to Santa Cruz. I liked that it was pet friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the hot tub.

It was a bit noisy early in the morning because it was close to the freeway. The sheets could have been of a better quality.

great location for airport shuttle pickup.

couldn’t park near room. for example I was in room 111 and had to park in the front lot. it was pouring rain and a full lot. To get to the walkway in front of rooms I got soaked. And then there were a few steps up to the section where my room was. I had 2 very heavy pieces of luggage and this was difficult.

The room and property were clean! The breakfast was great, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. It is nice that it is close to a few good restaurants and not a far drive from Santa Cruz. Also a great gym!!!

In the morning from 3am- 6am our first night many truckers/ big rigs/ workers were pulling in and out of the parking lot and had no problem talking really loud. woke us right up.
