Motel 6-Sunnyvale, CA - North

The location was excellent as it was right off two different motorways. Having a Burger King in the driveway and Dennys across the road was awesome for food options. Staff were friendly and the check in and check out were easy, hassle free and quick. Loved that there was no bond hold on a credit card for the durations of our stay. Free parking was excellent. Lighting of the common areas and car park were really bright so we always felt safe no matter what time of the night it was. Vending and ice machines and laundry off the reception area were clean and tidy and in a safe spot. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable even though they were a little on the firm side.

Just my own personal preference but I like carpet. Maybe have a rug so it's a nice mix between both bare cold floor and carpeted areas. Also not enough furniture (2 chairs and a table) or space to put suitcases so we had to use the floor. Would also have loved to have another blanket as the ones on the bed were thin. However, despite these things, it was great value for money.

Quiet room away from traffic. The location was not ideal but worth the extra distance. Problem with a leaking fridge taken care of quickly. Everything worked well: great pressure, hot water, fridge, microwave, towels etc, except the sink drained very slowly; notified office and didn't worry about dealing with this during the stay.

Problem with a leaking fridge which was resolved. Sink drained very slowly (clogged) which I didn't ask to be resolved during the stay. Speed bumps were a bit excessive but apparently worked well to reduce the traffic cutting through.

The parking was close to the room which made it easy to get wife and Adult son into the room after long time on road! We were pooped and grateful to have only a short distance to transfer suitcases from car to room!

The room was exactly what I needed - a bed and bathroom (plus good wifi) at a great price :) I was also able to order Uber Eats directly to my room. The bed, bathroom, and whole place was clean. The shower offered hot water.

There was some light that came in during the night through the shades, but this was not a big deal at all :)

The bed could have been upgraded.

There was a smell when we got in, like sulfer. The hot water knob in the shower made a loud rattle nose, old pipes?

it was super clean and convenient. The room doesn’t have microwave, refrigerator or hairdryer but I didn’t need any of those. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place that it convenient and clean and not fancy.

Convenient location with parking & public transport options on the doorstep. close to restaurant / take out. rooms were spacious, clean & comfortable

We did laundry and no dryer working onsite - fortunately across the road is another Motel 6 so we used their laundry

The receptionist was outstanding...she was kind, funny and helpful. Even gave us the name of her favorite Chinese food place! The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. Will most definitely stay here again!

Elevator didn't work...we were on 2nd floor

Everything you could expect from a Motel. Room was big enough and correct.

Although I had the window covered with the curtain, it was not enough to stop all the light coming from the parking. Lack of shampoo and bath gel.

Price was great! Staff was friendly! They gave me my wake up call as I requested. I loved the sitting area to eat in my room. Thankful for the Wi-fi. It worked Great. Bed was clean. It had clean towels and rags.

I found a blunt next to our bed. But the room didnt smell like smoke.
