Wittle Motel

The room had a large comfortable bed, the bathroom is genuinely a room with a very large tiled shower section, not a cubicle. Good desk to work from. Located 10 minutes walk from the center of Sunnyvale (shops, cafes, bars and restaurants). Over the road there are a few shops including a launderette and over another road are several fast food outlets and a cafe with a great selection of teas and coffees. Round the corner, literally a minute walk is a small comedy club which on the evening I attended had two great acts supported by the host. Before booking check if "Rooster T Feathers, Sunnyvale" have something on (not suitable for children!).

Not much to not like. A bit of traffic noise but that is being picky and will depend on which room you have. Never managed to figure out the TV channels and find an international news channel, but not a big deal for me.

Quiet and clean. Polite staff. Bathroom rather spacious. Walking distance to Sunnyvale train station, old historic downtown, 24 hour Subway, and other stores. The area surrounding is very nice and quiet. We had a great time taking morning walks around the neighborhood. Appreciated the 2 bottles of water included in the room.

Noise easily heard from other rooms so remember to keep quiet during after hours as courtesy to other guests staying in the hotel. A/C was a noisy so we didn't turn on even though we needed it at night.

The Wittle Inn is very small and quaint. The staff is super helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for me. Close to Target and Whole Foods and a sweet little downtown with a variety of restaurants. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Sunnyvale.

I really have no complaints or suggestions at all.

There was no breakfast (nor did I expect one). The location was great. Room was very comfortable, included microwave and refrigerator, and bad coffee maker with really bad coffee (didn't use). Wifi was good. Dish TV was good. Parking could have been a challenge if all rooms had been occupied.

There was no service - the linens and towels were never changed. The trash was only taken when I put it outside the room. For this price I would expect Keurig or Nespresso, and at least a towel change on a 4 night stay.

The staff was responsive and helpful, the central location was ideal, I had a large clean space and it was relatively quiet.

It would be nice to have some basic utensils in the kitchen since there is a stove and oven in the room. Parts of the room is dated. Not a big deal though, I would stay again. ;~)

I would call this as the Little Inn that could! Great little place very central off El Camino Real, so very close to restaurants (Madras Cafe is two blocks away!), shopping and businesses. Clean comfortable room and bed. Easy to access. Would definitely book it again. Highly recommend this if you are making a trip to the area, or even to Stanford U for move in/ move out.

It was nice and cozy. Very cute little place. Booked one night and then decide to stay additional night. The second night cost more . Not a lot more. It should of been less since it was a Sunday night. But over all it was a nice place to stay and I would recommend it to a friend

Very cute, clean, quiet. The man who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. A nice gem of a place! Would definitely stay here again!

There was a very bright light in the parking lot that illuminated the room even with the blinds closed. That was the only downside...everything else was great!

The location was excellent and close to everything. It was also very quiet. I grew up in Sunnyvale and know the area and have always loved it!

I cannot think of anything except maybe more parking. The street said 'parking for residents only' and it was unclear if the motel was considered "resident parking".

The location was perfect for the Shoreline Amphitheater. The room was exceptionally clean. We particularly enjoyed the fact that the motel was very nostalgic yet updated. It reminded me of motels I stayed in as a child.

Nothing
